Naruto Rinne-Sharingan Acheived

Chapter 2

"

Naruto held up a kunai, ready to fight. He'd likely die, but he didn't care.

"Weasel..." He said levelly.

"Naruto-kun. May I ask why you have the Sharingan?" Weasel asked.

Naruto growled. "Because Itachi. You weren't there to do your job. I wouldn't have an eye in my left socket if it weren't for me finding a dead Uchiha with his Sharingan activated."

Itachi's expression was indiscernible.

Naruto growled, betrayal racing through him. Why would Itachi betray his clan, betray the village? He felt his eyes burn, and black flames appeared randomly, but not burning anything.

Itachi's eyes widened. Naruto had the Mangekyo! "Tsukiyomi!" He said.

Naruto was sucked into a red and black world, and found himself chained to a cross. Itachi appeared in front of him. Naruto pushed against the chains, his own Mangekyo swirling in his crimson eyes. "Let me go Itachi." He growled.

His eyes glowed, ad Kurama appeared next to him. Itachi stepped back.

"Naruto, calm down."

Naruto closed his eyes and took a deep breath. He opened his eyes, and Kurama gasped.

"Kit, That eye!"

"My.... eye? Which one?"

"Your right eye.... You awakened the Rinnegan.....and the Mangekyo in your left..."

"What's a 'Rinnegan'?" Naruto asked. He was confused. 

"The Rinnegan. An extremely rare dojutsu that to my knowledge has only awakened once, until now. It is the most powerful dojutsu, and has many powers. I'll explain more later. But it's only in the eye that is actually your eye. I think....yes, The activation of your Rinnegan caused your Mangekyo to evolve to the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan."

"Basically, I am now Konoha's most powerful asset that they are trying to kill?"

Itachi stepped forward. "Naruto. How do you have those eyes?" He asked.

Naruto growled at him. "I was beaten by the villagers, fell in a river, climbed out of said river, found a dead Uchiha, took his eye because mine was stabbed out, have a few more eyes so no one takes them, and then I came here." He snarled.

Itachi looked contemplative. "And you seeing the dead Uchiha and me..." 

Naruto slumped, hanging limply from the chains. "Why... why would you kill you family?" He cried. Unbelievable pain swam in his mismatched eyes, and he shook his head to rid himself of the gathering tears.

Itachi sighed. "I had to." He said.

"Wha-what did they do? What did the babies do?" Naruto cried.

"Babies? I didn't kill any babies." Horror dawned on his face. "The masked man." he said. He cried for those tiny lives.

"I was ordered by Danzo, who said the order came from the Hokage. I was such a fool. Why did I believe him!?" Itachi said angrily. He let the jutsu go, Mangekyo turning to normal Sharingan.

Naruto picked up Sasuke, grabbed Itachi's sleeve and tugged.

"Take him and go to my apartment. I'll check one more time for survivors."

Itachi nodded and took off. Naruto raced through the compound, checking every nook and cranny. Only one house left. He walked in and heard a door close. Cautiously, he made his way through the house and opened every door, carefully checking every room. The last place was a closet, and Naruto eased the door open.

He was shocked at what he saw.

There, standing in the corner, a terrified expression on his face,

Was a miniature Shisui.
