James POV
"Thanks Emily for saving my life."
"I'm here for you, James. Always.", we went home. I didn't think that holdapers exist. Ngayon lang ako nakasaksi ng ganon and I didn't think that it will happen to me. Good thing, Emily is with me.
Pagkauwi ko, sinalubong ako ni Kuya Grayson. Nalaman pala niya yung nangyaring pag-holdap sa akin.
"Are you ok, James? Are you hurt?"
"No. I'm alright. Besides, Emily is..."
"Who's Emily?
"Never mind."
"Who is she? Answer me."
"She's my classmate before. How did you know that?"
"Jaiden told me. He is one of the teachers in Math Department in Sphinx National High School. He saw you. He contacted me."
"Kuya, is he Teacher Angela's boyfriend?"
"Yeah. Kumain ka na. May ulam na dyan sa kusina.", I did what he said. While I'm eating, nagkukuwentuhan kami ni Emily. Suddenly, nag-brown out. We were shocked. Tumayo ako agad to find some candles. Pumunta ako sa lagayan ng kandila. Suddenly, may nakita akong anino sa kurtina.
"Emily, look. Parang may taong nakatayo sa labas."
"Who's that? The aura of that person looks familiar to me.", sinubukan kong lumapit sa may bintana at hinawi ko ang kurtina nito. I saw no one. Binalik ko ang kurtina at nawala na ang anino.
"Who could that be?", Emily asked. Hindi ko siyang nagawang sagutin. May multo pa ba dito sa bahay aside from Emily? Later on, Kuya Grayson approached me.
"James, brown out ba?"
"Yes, Kuya."
"Ano ba yan? Kung kelang gabi.", I agreed to what he said. Ngayon pa kasi nag-brown out eh. Parang nananandya. Pinatulog na ko ni Kuya. I went to my room and so witg Emily. I have to sleep eventhough tomorrow is Saturday. Humiga na ko sa malaki kong kama. Brown out pa rin. Kaasar. Ang init! I decided to open the windows. Kahit papano, lumamig naman. Buti nga yun eh. At least kahit walang kuryente, may hangin.
Emily POV
Nakatulog na si James and I think that's due to the wind outside going through the windows. Himbing ng pagtulog niya. Ang cute niya tingnan. No wonder na in love ako sa kanya. Kaso paano kaya yun? I'm just a ghost at kahit anong mangyari, di kami pwede. Is there any solution? Sakto naman ako sa surname ni James. Gil is James' surname. I'm a ghost in love. GIL for Ghost In Love. Napangiti ako sa naisip ko. Hindi kaya, we are meant to be? Sus. Di pwede yun. Ghost nga lang ako eh. I don't have the chance.
Suddenly, while James is sleeping and while I am playing around the room, nagkaroo ng malakas na hangin. Nagising din si James dahil dun.
"What's happening?", James asked.
"Ang lakas ng hangin. Pero nawala agad.", I replied. Bumalik siya sa pagkatulog. Antok na antok pa siya eh. Parang kahit multo ako, kinikilabutan ako. I feel like, someone else is here, living with us. Kung anumang masamang espiritu yun, I have to protect James from there. Ibang iba ang pakiramdam ko ngayon sa naramdaman ko dati.
James POV
The next day, I went to school. Nakuwento sa akin ni Emily ang tungkol sa nararamdaman niya sa bahay namin. I don't get it. Supposedly, siya lang ang multo sa bahay namin.
"James, I admit, ngayon lang ako natakot sa kapwa ko multo."
"We should just forget it, Emily.", I think its best for us to ignore the ghost in our house, besides, Emily is more powerful than him.
