You know being stuck in ice facing a blank wall isn't an ideal situation. But here I am, stuck between two forces of opposite nature. Stuck between creation and destruction, between empathy and greed, stuck being indecisive about which half of me I should choose. I could look right, and be someone you can rely on. Or I could look left, and be your worst nightmare.

Let me tell you a little story.

Once there was a good little girl. Yes, Charlotte was quite the good little girl indeed. She may have been a little weird if you only looked at her and never got to know her. She had icy blue eyes, and her hair, oh her hair! Her hair was jet black on the left of her head and snow white on the right.

But if you looked past that and got to know her, she had a great personality. That is if you got to know the right one. A small case of D.I.D. it was perhaps, but that doesn't stop her from subconsciously choosing to be either kind or scary.

Little Charlotte was faced with a lot of decisions growing up, some hard, some easy. Although she struggled to choose the good in her when she had free reign, she did it to keep the people she loved around her.

One fateful evening Charlotte was backstabbed by her closest friend. Her choices, God or Lucifer, but even God herself has enemies and in the high tide would want the devil on her side.

But she chose her God, she chose good. She let herself get trampled over and defeated. She then decided that next time anything like that ever happened again, she would choose her Lucifer.

But, you may ask, where is little Charlotte now?

"Charlotte," a voice called dripping in malevolence. "Your decision? You know I'm a lonely girl."

I don't dare turn my head to either direction.

No, not yet, I can't choose yet. I haven't weighed my options yet.

But all I want is to be alone.

I'm stuck in my mind.
