"We can never have a normal lunch without gossiping can we?" I groan, I wasn't in the mood to talk about what Marissa was wearing or what Ariana was doing with her boyfriend saturday night (but let me tell you it is NOT something that should be happening in a pool).
"Lunch isn't a normal lunch without gossiping." Lex scowls at me. She softens when she sees I don't really respond, "Are you okay? You've been quite lately." Everyone stops and looks at me, agreeing with Lex. "I'm just tired" I answer. It's true, I was fucking exhausted, being anemic and getting four hours of sleep every week day was taking a huge ass toll on me. But it was only half true, I've just been feeling emtionless lately. Of course I get happy but I've been feeling..empty? I guess. I'm not too worried about finding out what's going on, I have homework to do.
"We should have a sleepover this weekend." Lex cries out, "Wait let me change that," "We're having a sleepover this weekend" She states. "I don't know, I'll ask my mom." I say finishing my food. "Gigi, you can definitely come, right?" Lex looks up at Gigi hopefully, "Of course, I hate being at my house, you know that." Gigi smiles.
Gigi's family isn't horrible or anything. It's just her being the youngest in the family is hard for her I guess. Her sibilings are already out of highschool or graduating this year. And none of them are going or went to college. I guess all the pressures on her now.
"Mia?" Lex looks over to the silent but watchful girl. Mia's eyebrows raise, "Oh yeah I'm definitely coming, my little sister is pissing me off at the moment." She shrugs and Gigi snickers.
"Anyway, now that everyone's in a better mood, that cute guy we saw this morning?" Lex bites her lip wiggiling her eyebrows, specifically at me. "You're so annoying, Lex" Gigi whines,
"What cute guy?" Mia asks looking around at all of us, I speak up, "There was this guy we saw this morning after you left," I look over at Lex, "She thinks he's hot." I laugh. "Hmm, do you think your girlfriend will find him hot?" Mia raises an eyebrow, "Was he new?"
"Nope," I answer, "he was older, I don't even know why he was here." I shrug. "This is exactly why you don't leave to class early, you miss all the juicy stuff Mimi." Lex pouts. Mia rolls her eyes.
"We should find him." Gigi gasps. "No." I state. "We are not finding a older man, he could be our sub or something." My eyebrows furrow. "You sound like Mia." Gigi snorts. Mia gapes, "Shut up!" Her nose flares, "Fine, I'm in." She crosses her arms. Everyone stares at me, Fuck. I huff, "Fine, I'm fucking in."
