Chapter Seven: New Friends and Big Changes

"Frosty, are you okay?" Jayden asked as his Glaceon walks up to him. She smiled and rubs her head in his outstretched hand. The Glaceon looked at the wall and rushed outside. "Wait! Where are you going?" She stopped and looked at him and me for a brief second. Jayden stands up and went to his Pokémon, and looks around. "Hello?"
    "Be careful, Jayden. You don't know who's out there... Arceus, any input?"
   "There is a familiar presence..." He said, "I can't tell exactly who it is..." A slight, girl-ish chuckle now rang out from the wall.
By now, I'm next to Jayden looking over behind the wall,  "Who are you? Where did-" I stopped myself, seeing no one there, "Huh?"
    "Poor Y/n, poor Chosen One. Being stalked by the legend of Nightmares."
    "What? Who are you? Show yourself!" I demand. Only to get another, more playful chuckle. An alien-esque figure fazed in front of me, smiling happily. It's a figure both Arceus and I knew quite well.
       "Cresselia? How in the Distortion World are you here?" Arceus questioned.
       "Arceus, my lord... I have come to tell you that your trainer has come to this realm. I'm afraid that he has unknown intentions. I fear they might be bad..."
       "The one that abandoned him?" I ask.
The Pokémon nods, "Yes, that is right, Chosen One. I fear he might be after you, to..."
       "Why me?"
Cresselia looks over to Arceus, and they nodded reassuringly, "W-Well... You have a soul of pure kindness, Y/n. Pokémon will always look to you for companionship and help. Once Arceus starts summoning more common Pokémon, they might want to help you with whatever you want to achieve. Because they know you'll make the right decision."
        "Woah... So I can befriend any Pokémon?"
       "There are exceptions, but yes, any untamed, wild Pokémon will want to join you." They then come closer, The Pokémon floats in front of you, "I, personally, want to join you. However, I cannot stay on your ranch, as I have other duties assigned by Arceus to attend to. However, I can stop and come back whenever you need."
    "You want to join me?" They nodded, "Well, okay. Thank you, Cresselia. I'm extremely honored."
      "No, no, Chosen One... The honor is all mine... You are doing Humans, Arceus and all of Pokémon-kind a favor." She chuckles mysteriously, and something tells me they aren't going to clear up what they meant by that statement. And they start to fade away, leaving a white light, "Heh heh.... See you later, Chosen One." A silence went by as Jayden and I exchange looks.
    "Well... That was certainly an experience..." Jayden said blankly, as if he couldn't believe what he saw.
    "Y/n!  My Pokemon are all awake!" Nick says from the yard, walking over with his new friends following closely. I take a look at all of the Pokemon that he had behind them, they all seemed to be okay.
    "Are you going to name any of them?" I ask.
Nick shook his head, "I don't think they need names. I can't even think of any..."
I get a text from a number, though it turns out to just be Julia.

"Hello, Y/n, It's Julia! I'm sure you have been busy! I was wondering If I could bring my students to your ranch tomorrow?"

"Oh, hey, Julia. Yeah, I don't mind! You can bring them over anytime! Tomorrow or the day after works best for me."

"Okay, then! See you later, Y/n!"

"See you tomorrow!"

As I put my phone back in my pocket, Nick walks back up to me, "Hey, Y/n, can we go to Lunar Bay again?"
    "Hmm. I don't see why not. My own Pokemon need to roam a little more." I call over all of my Pokemon, "Okay, guys! We're heading away from the barn for a little outing! But for now, you all have to be in your Pokeballs so we can drive there." They all accepted that, for the most part, all of them except Riolu, he was the last one I tried to retrieve. "Is something wrong, Riolu?"
    "I-... I-I'm just a little worried...." The small Pokemon says, "What if my old trainer shows up? What if I wander off too far? What if-"
I shook my head, interrupting him, "Listen, my friend, Nothing will happen to you. You are in good company now, and if something does happen, Bolt and I will take care of it. Alright?"
   "Okay, Y/n... Let's go, then..." Riolu says, eyes bright.

After a short car ride there, everyone hops out of your car, Riolu and Bolt both heading to the beginning of the trail, and waits there.
    "So, what's up ahead?" Jayden asks.
You smiled just thinking about it, "There's a campground ahead. Our family uses it every year. It's a great spot." You watch everyone file ahead of you through the path. Jayden and Nick go out of my sight
    "Y/n!" I hear Nick whisper shouts, "There's two people already here..."
    "You two just stay behind me. I'll go up there. Maybe they'd want Pokemon?" Both stay behind me as I walk towards the clearing, and see two figures on the beach, they were chatting about something, so I listen in a little.
    "So did you hear the news?" A male's voice says over the wave lapping on over the sand, "Someone actually has Pokemon available!"
The other, more feminine voice sounds skeptical, at first, "Really? Is this true?"
"Haven't you been on social media at all?" The first person says with a tone of disbelief, "I know we both work, but still..."
"Hey, I'm usually really tired.."
I decide to butt in at this point, whispering to Bolt to walk up to them. He smiles and goes into the bushes. They heard the rustling in the bushes and abruptly turn around.
"What was that?" The second person says.
"I don't know... Maybe it's just a dog..?"
Bolt comes out of the bushes, shocking them both, "A-A Pikachu?" The feminine person says, "I swear to  god.. If Hunter is up to this..." Bolt goes up to the both of them, and rubs against the boy's hand, "Hey, Anthony, I think he likes you!"
    "Umm.. Hi there.."
Since they are distracted, I come out into the clearing, "So, you two want Pokemon?"
Turning to me, The second person's jaw drops to the ground, "You're Y/n! YT/C is your channel, isn't it?"
    "Yep that's me." I nod, " And that Pikachu you're petting is mine. His name is Bolt, but you already knew that, didn't you? What's your name?"
    "I'm Elijah, This guy next to me is Anthony. We would love Pokemon!" They said with an enthusiastic tone.
I chuckle, "Heh, Okay then. What would you two like?"
    "I want an Eevee, a Shinx, a Rockruff, a Noibat, a Poochyena and a Houndour!"
I smile and oblige, pulling out the Master Ball from my bag. 'Did you hear that, Arceus?"
    "Loud and clear, my friend. And what about the gentleman next to them?"
    "What do you want, umm... Right! Anthony."
He smiles a little, "an Aron, a Beldum, a Ferroseed, a Pawniard, a Gastly and an Archen."
At this point, Jayden and Nick came out from the bushes, "Wait, Anthony? Elijah?"
    "Oh, Hey Jayden. How's Hunter doing?" Anthony asks.
He shrugs, "She's been okay, I guess."
    I look over to him, "Who's Hunter?"
His face seemingly grew a little red, "She's my girlfriend... I don't see her often..."
Elijah smirks, "He's crazy for her." Elijah and Anthony both giggle as I chuckle more.
    "Damn it, you guys...." Jayden mutters, his face fully flushed now.
I hear Arceus chuckle as well, "Well.... There Pokemon will be summoned. I am also summoning some Pokemon for Jayden's girlfriend as well." I nod.
Looking over at Jayden, I smirk, "What Pokemon would Hunter like?" Arceus offered to summon her Pokemon.
    "Actually, She loves all of the Pokemon you have, Y/n. Especially when it comes to Chimchar and Riolu. She also loves Pikachu, and Starly. She also LOVES Celebi I think she also likes Breloom..."
I let Arceus out of his ball and he lies down, his arches glinting with sunlight through the trees, "Y/n, my child, I sense as though this girl is trustworthy enough to have a Celebi... Should I summon her one as well?"
    "I don't see why not. If you trust them..." I smirk.
Jayden pulls out his phone, and holds up a picture to Arceus, "Umm... I made this for her... And it's her profile picture for everything... Is it possible that you could have it be this color?"
Bending down and looking at the tiny screen, the Pokemon studies it a little, "I can try... I can't guarantee that it will be exactly like this one..." Arceus concentrates, and makes the golden arches glow with a familiar, warm lights, his eyes glowing as well. One by one, the requested Pokemon appear on the forest floor.
    "Woah..." Anthony says in astonishment. Elijah just stood there, with a look of enlightenment over their face. Arceus also managed to summon Pokeballs for all of them too. Arceus summons the girl's Celebi last, his Arches glowing brighter than before. And a small, light blue Celebi comes from a white light, the ends of its antennae and eyes a vivid purple. All of a sudden, It opens them and looks to Arceus.
    "Master Arceus..? Why have you awoken me...?"
Arceus bowed its head curtly, "Yes, my child. I will be having you go to a special girl, who's destined to do many things. I will share many futures with you telepathically. But for now, you must go with this boy, he will give you to her. Please guide her, for she, and everyone else in this new world are new to our ways."
At that, Celebi blinks and rubbed its eyes, "Yes master! I'll try my best!"
    "I know you will, Celebi. Have fun.." It nodded, and smiled at Jayden before tapping the Pokeball with its head. The other Pokemon had begun to wake up, and was starting to get used to their new trainers. I had a feeling they'd do well.
