You know how I said running sweet fangs wouldn't be exciting? well I was wrong. Max! I call over my shoulder can you please put that pie in the oven? Doesn't the supernatural have like powers to instantly cook this stuff or something? he asks. uh no besides I'm a werewolf i don't have magic. What about you Tessly? I'm the same as Madeline vampires and werewolves don't have magic there just have stronger abilities like speed, strength, hearing, ect. I hear the bell on the door chime and a man I've never seen before and looks about forty walks in. Hello what can I get you today? I ask him with a smile. He takes a look around then steps closer, your help he whispers. excuse me? I say startled and glance over at at Tessly and Max who looked as freaked out as i feel. Are you the daughter of Ellie and Conner? Uh y_yes I am,  are they here? No they left this morning to go out of town they won't be till late tomorrow As soon as I say that i regret it what if this guy's some creepy kidnapper and took the time to learn my parents names to lure me in to a false sense of security? oh says the man looking worried i was hoping they could help me it's emergency. You see my name is Steve woods I'm a friend of theres. i see i say nervously if you'll excuse me a second. Steve nods his head and me and the others head to the back room. Who the Heck is that!? Max whispers to me. I have no clue i say and quickly pull out my phone and text my mom about the situation. Five minutes later i receive a text back. Yes we know Steve! He's the man I told you about that bought a squirrel to me and your dad's wedding. Just tell him we'll help him as soon as we get back and that were sorry we can't help him sooner, ps hope your doing well love you maddy. I let out a breath. Thank goodness this isn't some stalker! Tessly exclaims loudly  over my shoulder. I shush her and we walk back to the store front. Sorry to keep you waiting Mr Steve i texted my parents and they said they'll help as soon as there back. Thank you kindly but I can't wait that long. Do think maybe you could help me? I'll pay, I don't know... I say uncertaintly. please i promise it's nothing dangerous. Well ok... what is it? I need your nose to help me find a poodle Mr  Steve announces.  Wait what!?  I say completely taken aback. A poodle? Yes my poodle named noodle some how got out and I can't find him. I was hoping you could help with your tracking abilities. Uh sure I guess I say and run a hand though a hand though my long brown hair a habit i do when I'm thinking. Thank you much! Miss? Madeline i say and this is Tessly and Max. Nice to meet you all and sorry if I scared you all Mr Steve chuckles. I'm told i can be a bit dramatic but I don't want anything happening to noodle you see I'm planning on giving him to my goddaughter. That's nice of you 'll help too Mr  Steve.Tessly says and Max after brushing his auburn hair out of his face says count me into i guess. We'll start this evening after we close i tell Mr Steve. He thanks us again and tells he'll meet us by the fountain in  the middle of town square not to far from the bakery. Seriously a poodle? I thought he was going to ask us to hide him from the law or something talk about over dramatic  Max comments rolling his Brown eyes. Agreed but At least we have something to do now I say with a grin.
