Firstly, thank you so much for giving those suggestions on my previous update
I will try to write something on all the tracks everyone mentioned- just need some time to form a sensible os

So this is a court room sequence after juhi's death but ive made few changes
Scene will start with AvNeil being in court room

Vidyut's lawyer- your honour mere saamne khadi hui h avni khanna- mr neil khanna ki wife jo khud ek ips officer h
Inhone mere client mr vidyut pandit pe ms juhi xyz ke murder ka ilzaam lagaya h jo bilkul bebuniyad h

Aur apni baat ko prove karne ke liye men apne first witness mr vidyut pandit ko buluna chahunga

Judge- permission granted

Vidyut arrives

His lawyer- mr vidyut ye sab jante h ke jab ms juhi xyz ka murder hua tab aap uss location par present the bcZ your phone location proves so
Toh tab waha aapne kya dekha?

V-mene dekha ke mrs avni khanna ek gun leke khadi h jiska nishana juhi ki taraf h

Men chahta tha ke men mrs khanna ko rok du par iske pehle men esa kuch kar sakta, mrs khanna goli chala chuki thi

Avni's lawyer- i object your honour
Mr pandit ms juhi xyz ke murder ke waqt uss location pe present the toh ye bhi possible h ke unhone ne hi ye murder karvaya ho

Unka waha pe ussi din ussi waqt pe present hona sirf koi coincidence ho esa zaruri toh nahi h na

Murder spot ek isolated cliff tha your honour-waha pe mr pandit ko kya kaam
Aur apni baat ko prove karne ke liye men court ko ek footage dikhana chahta hu

Avni's lawyer- Your honour ye wo cctv footage h jisme saaf nazar aara h ke mr vidyut ne badi hi chalaki se ms juhi xyz ke forehead pe goli chalayi h, pedo ke peeche chupkar& saara blame meri client mrs avni khanna daal dia h

Vidyut's lawyer- i object your honour

Moreover, opposition ye bhool rahe h ke mrs khanna ke haath men jo gun thi usse bhi ek goli chali thi

Avni's lawyer- your honour ye sach h ke unke haath men ek gun thi& uss gun se ek goli bhi chali thi par pm report ke according jo bullet ms juhi xyz ke body se nikali gayi wo uss gun se match nahi karri h which clearly proves ke waha koi dusra bhi present tha jisne goli chalayi which was none other than mr vidyut

After a lot of arguments &alligations, vidyut was finally proven guilty& was arrested

Judge- the court declares mrs avni khanna innocent &mr vidyut pandit is charged under IPC section 302- for murder& given imprisonment for minimum 11yrs
The case is closed

Vidyut fumed in anger while khanna family was happy that their daughter was proven innocent

Outside court-

Vidyut gave neil a deathly glare

V-men tuje itni asaani se nahi chodunga neil khanna
Tune vidyut pandit se panga liya h
You will pay for this
He gave khanna family a final glare after which the police took him in the jeep

On the other hand, avni didnt pay any heed to vidyuts words- she was lost in her own thoughts bcz she knew that only neil could be the person who saved her when everyone had given up- she herself

She was so overwhelmed with emotions that she failed to form any words& just returns home with everyone

Khanna mansion-

Bebe sent AvNeil to their room as they must be tired

They entered& neil closed the door& AvNeil sat on the edge of their bed
Avni sank herself in neil's chest who wraps her in his safe embrace
Silent tears were making their way down her eyes while neil was caressing her hair &back to calm her down

He didnt tell her to stop bcz he wanted her to release all the pain& fear she had been holding inside her since so many days

Avni felt to be the luckiest lady on earth bcz her husband saved her from getting punished for a crime she didnt commit that too, when she herself had lost all her hopes

A(still in his arms)- thank you neil

N-kis liye jaan

A-muje innocent prove karne ke liye
Tumne muje tab bachaya jab meri saari umeedein toot gyi thi

You dont need to thank me jaan kyuki tum kabhi kisi ka murder nahi kar sakti
Men jaanta hu ke avni ayesha ho ya ananya verma, dono kanoon ko kabhi apne haathon men nahi lengi
Toh phir men tumhe kese arrest hone deta?

Lets sleep for sometime

They lie down comfortably &neil covered themselves with the duvet

Avni slept off pretty soon as she was hell tired after the course of events whereas neil was happy that his wifey was proven innocent &was in his arms
He kept on staring her lovingly, recollecting whatever happened in past few days

While avni was slightly upset that they couldn't save mishti, neil didnt bother much regarding it- he wasnt ruthless but couldnt forget the lies juhi had told about mishti just to come back in his life

To top it all, vidyut's constant warnings to harm avni in the worst way possible were also scaring him from inside

But as they say- every criminal is always under 1common misconception-
That he/she will never be caught &this is exactly what vidyut did- he failed to notice the cctv camera present nearby, thus getting caught after commiting the crime

Had he not spotted the camera during the investigation of the location, today avni could be in place of vidyut

Not only this- avni went through so many problems bcz of juhi yet never let anyone notice the emotional battle she was gooing through from inside But then he was her husband &knew her inside-out

He felt so bad that despite knowing about her inner turmoil, he was so helpless that he couldnt do anything to reduce the pain his wife was going through

His wifey never let him feel guilty for the mess they were stuck in
She let his past stay under the same roof& no matter what, she never let her insecurities show in front of anyone- especially he himself

Like her, he too felt to be the luckiest to have such an understanding lady as his life partner

He was still lost in his thoughts when suddenly avni did what she always does in sleep- pulling her hubby closer& shifting herself onto him completely thus making him her personal mattress while neil complied with her actions by wrapping his arms around her back

Although when she used to wake up& realise herself being totally upon him, she used to feel damn embarrassed &upset that he was in an uncomfortable position for so long bcz of her stupid habbit- little did she know that this habbit of hers was his favourite &he just used to love seeing her sleep peacefully in his arms, like a baby

Neil smiled as avni snuggled more into his arms
He caressed her hair gently

N-i love you wifey- with all my heart
And i promise- now nothing will be able to become a hurdle in our married life
It will be us& our small happy family- something you craved for since childhood
I will give you all the love you deserve jaan

He kissed her forehead for a last time before letting sleep take over him

Honestly speaking i really dont know how this was since i dont remember much about the jail track
I dont even remember if the court sequence even took place or not
