Chapter Two: Eli Adam

My name is Eli Adam, and I am a Spirit. Our kind are of the supernatural that can turn into any creature we wish. I turn into a fox, A dominant and territorial type spirit. This is the day I met the person I would spend the rest of my life with, even though at the time, I didn't know it.

I woke up to the bright sun and my alarm clock. It ringed through my room to the point where my ears felt as they were bleeding. I got out of bed and turned my alarm off. I walked into my bathroom and stripped and went into my shower. I turned the hot water on and let it fall down my back. I finished showering and put on black skinny jeans, a white shirt and a black leather jacket with a Grey hood on it. I put on my red necklace and walked out of my bathroom and downstairs to the kitchen. My necklace stops my spirit side trying to come out and be fox like.

I walked into the kitchen and my sister, Violet, sat at the breakfast bar. "Morning brother. Mum and dad have left for work and said only you would be attending school" I nodded, said goodbye and went to school.

Once I arrived, I headed to the administration office. I got my timetable and saw a cute- hot guy getting his timetable with a girl. The girl looked at me and then they walked out. The bell rang and I decided I'd be late for homeroom.

10 minutes after the first bell rang, I walked to my homeroom. "what is your name dear?" the teacher asked, and I replied "I'm Eli, Eli Adam" I took a seat at the back and listened to the teacher, who i found out was named Mrs. Mary Barns. I sensed something weird in the air, some other supernatural being, but ignored it. Mrs. Barns was talking about Biology, her subject of teaching. After the 30 minutes of homeroom, I walked out of the class to quickly go to the cafeteria to buy something. There was one chocolate pudding left. Great! My favourite! I went to buy it when this tanned skin, brown haired boy came up to me.

"what you think your doing with my pudding? Its mine." I scoffed "please, I don't see your name on it" and that's when it happened. First it was a shove, then he punched me. My fox, Endra, tried to come out and take over, but I was able to keep control. Then the boy was being pulled off of me by some kid. I remembered him as the hot guy from admin and just looked at him. "ok, ok leave the poor boy alone Hayden, he's new, whatever he did, he probably didn't know what you'd do" the brown haired, green eyed boy said as he pulled Hayden off of me, who was trying, and quite successfully, punching me in the face. "he's a dick Cus, he tried to steal my fucking pudding" the other boy chuckled at Hayden. he then turned to me. "don't mind him, just next time, leave his pudding alone, oh and I'm Theo" I nodded, and half walked- half ran the opposite direction.

I stood by a classroom for a few minutes to catch my breathe and think. 'his sent is so intoxicating, Eli, please, we need him' 'Endra, I know but he might be mortal, he can't find out yet, if he really is my mate, ill tell him when we are friends, better friends' Endra scoffed then I headed to my first class. I had three of my classes with Theo. And I sat as close to him as I could without sitting next to him, knowing I wouldn't be able to control myself. In my fourth class, before lunch, I asked if I could sit with him and his friends, because I didn't have friends, plus my siblings wouldn't be attending till tomorrow. He said yes and me and all his friends sat at their table. He seemed to be very popular, all people respected him, and he had a lot of friends.

Jace, a blonde-haired green-eyed boy, asked "so, Theo, have you heard anything from your mum, about the you know, thing" I looked at them confused but they weren't paying attention. "she said it wasn't one of us, but someone like us, but we shouldn't talk about it right now, cause it is private business." I knew that they weren't talking about it because I was there, but they all nodded and continued there food. Afterwards I walked to my last class of the day, pe, which everyone else but London and Theo had.

Pe was boring considering I have done it all before. Usually I take an elite pe class, but this school doesn't seem to have one. I got home to see all my family members, Dominic, Caleb, Violet, Scarlett and mum and dad, waiting for me. "hunny, go get ready, we are going to the Lawson Family's home for dinner, they have invited us as a welcome to the neighbourhood type thing" my mother said. I nodded and went to my room to get ready. I wore a pair of black skinny jeans, a tight green shirt with a denim jacket over it.

Once we arrived, my mother and father introduced us to their eldest children, and I caught up with the other kids who go to my school.They said that their youngest son, was still out and should be home soon. We all nodded and got acquainted. I got along well with all of them, but especially Axel, that's until I saw a familiar face walk in from upstairs. 'Eli!" it was London. I'm in Theo's house. we talked for a while until the front door opened and closed. In walked the most beautiful boy ever, and at that moment It was clear, Theo Lawson was my mate.
