*alyssas pov*
i couldnt let finn see me
i knew that much
hed make me come home and tell him why i left
and that isnt an option.
i didnt want to leave
but i also couldnt stay in that house for a while
there was something i needed to take care of and im going to in about a day or two
but i needed to see finn before i did it
even though he couldnt see me
soon wnough he was at the tree
smart boy
i zipped up my green sweater and climbed into a different tree
i left me black hoodie for him to take care of
i needed aome reason to come back right?
he got up to where i was which made me climb higher
he saw my jacket and the note i left him
he started crying
he held my jacket close to him
and he cried
and i felt
so so bad.
i couldnt take it anymore
i needed to tell him
i had to be ready to leave though
i had to say it and leave
*finns pov*
???: finn?
their was a soft voice coming from the other tree.
i couldnt see where
and i was probably just hearing things
but i could have sworn it was alyssa
someone was down at the tree trunk
then i saw her
jumping down towards the ground landing perfectly
i got down and ran towards her
i started crying softly as i held on to her
alyssa: finn,
finn: are you okay?
alyssa: finn i have to go somewhere for a while
finn: no stop dont leave me-
i was basically on the ground sobbing
she was holding me close, my head on her lap as she ran her fingers through my hair
alyssa: finn, look at me
i looked her right in the eyes
alyssa: ill be back. i promise
she held out her pinky and i did the same
they connected and i felt a spark, and i know she did too
the man behind her started to pull her away from me
she stood up and i did the same
i grabbed her and hugged her one more time
finn: please dont go.
she sniffled and started to fight being pulled away from me
she touched my cheek and i looked at her
alyssa: i love you finn
and then she was gone
into the passenger seat of a black pickup truck.
she just told me she loves me
*prestyns pov*
unknown: be back in 7 months max. i love you and be safe -nutball
alyssa was okay
and i knew that now
i was okay as long as she was
i finished fixing up her room and went out. back to my house. but first to jaeden
i knocked on his door to hear an angry voice
jaeden: come in
prestyn: hey
he wouldnt look at me. speak to me for that matter
prestyn: i talked to alyssa. shell be back soon enough. she has things to take care of
he nodded his head
i scoffed and walked out
jaeden: wait- im sorry i just- i cant look at you
prestyn: and why is that
jaeden: when i look at you. all i can see is the memories that me you and her have all made together. i dont want to think about alyssa. but thats all you remind me of
i nodded slowly and walked away
jaeden: where are you going?
prestyn: home.
jaeden: why?
prestyn: because you just inferred you didnt want to see me?
jaeden: want to go somewhere?
prestyn: no
