It was a normal summers morning when Penelope woke up from a loud bang down stairs. She woke with a jump and ran to see what the noise was. She saw a man standing outside her door staring at her, he had blood dripping down his chin with large fang like things slightly sticking out they were sitting on his bottom lips. His eyes looked her up and down as he slowly licked his lips. Penelope was standing still like she was frozen to the spot she didn't know what to do. She could see her little brother and sister hiding behind the kitchen bench crying.

All of a sudden a stick came flying out of the hallway and went straight into the mans heart making him fall to the ground instantly. Blood was trickling out into a large red puddle around the mans upper body. Penelope looked down at her siblings who were staring at her like she had killed the man. She slowly walked to look up the hallway. She saw a girl holding a crossbow aiming at her. Penelope threw her hands in the air as a sign of surrender. The girl holding the crossbow slowly walked up to Penelope trying to figure out if she was planing to attack. Penelope didn't know what to think on one hand the girl was aiming a crossbow at her ready to fire but on the other hand she knew she fell instantly into in love with the tall brunette.
