Ivy's POV
"It's me mom" I answered to my mother, she peeked over and immediately walked over both of us and she hugged me
"It's been such a long time since I last saw you darling.. I missed you" she slowly pulled away, she gave Ben a weird look "and you are?"
"Oh I'm Ben, a pleasure to meet you" my mom nodded, she has always been like this towards my friends especially boys
"Alexander come down and greet your sister" my mom said and she walked back to the kitchen, I walked over to the living room and Ben followed me, we both sat on the couch
Then my brother walked down as always dressed on point and with a delicious scent of cologne. I quickly hurried to hug him and he hugged back "I missed you bubba" Alexander said "I missed you too biggie bear" we hugged for a long time.
We finally pulled away and he shook bens hand "nice to meet you mate, are you my sister's new love interest?"
"Uh-" I cut Ben off by saying "you make me sound just like a whore" and I sat back down "and yeah kinda we're getting to know each other" Alex raised his eyebrow "since when you take things slowly?"
"Shut up" I took one of those chocolate kisses that were on the table in the middle of the room and took a bite eating half of it
"Where's camila?" I looked at Alexander "in her room" he answered "coolio now get to know each other"
I got up and walked away
To be honest I had a good feeling about both of them getting to know each other, they're almost the same age and they have almost the same interest in things
Bens POV
Let me tell you Alexander is sort of intimidating, what Ivy has told me about him is not what he's showing hahaha.
Maybe it's because I might be hanging with his sister, naaah that can't be it
"Soo..." I said with a bit of confusion in my body language
"I'm going to get straight to the point, if you hurt or do something bad to my sister you'll be practically dead-"
"Oh I wo-" I cut off Alexander but he cut me off over him "shut up. Or other wise you treat her well you'll gain my respect"
Neat and bold I like it, I nodded for what he just said. A posh dude with etiqueté. By what I can see Ivy's family is filled with elegance but let me tell you that girl is not like them she's more outgoing and wild
Vivianne walked in to the living room which was sort of connected to the dining room.. it was a huge house in my opinion. She had a tray with a ham just like the ones families cook on thanksgiving.
She placed it in the middle of the table sorrounded with a bunch of bowls and trays of food.
"The food is done. Let's gather at the table to eat" she took of her baby pink apron and let me tell you Ivy genes are amazing hehehe;)
"Girls the food is done, come down" vivianne yelled, and then quickly after that a loud sound of multiple heels clicking sound then a pair of two hungry girls came down running to the table and took a seat
Alexander and Vivianne walked over to the table and I followed behind them, they both sat down and two empty spots were left
One in the contrary end of the table facing Ivy's mom and other one in front of who I suppose it's camila but it was in between ivy and Alexander.
I supposed that they were joe's dad and joe'a seats, so I took the set between ivy and Alexander
Everybody started serving their food on the plate, to be honest I was kind of shy, so I took the smallest piece of ham and also the smallest scoop of mashed potatoes and a few leaves of lettuce which was all I could get from the amount I took
"You need more food" Ivy took the spoon and scooped I think way more than the triple of what I had on the plate and placed 4 more pieces of ham and so with the salad
Then I felt someone staring at me it was camila she was analyzing me or that's how it felt, she then looked at ivy which she was devouring her salad, "you said he was better than Shawn" who the fuck is Shawn.. "he is..."
"No one can compare to Shawn he was the perfect boyfriend for you" the mom spoke up, I felt kinda attached "mom.. mila.. Shawn and i were not meant to be"
"How were you both not meant to be! Shawn Mendes and Ivy Crawford, the IT couple" camila said annoyed then she looked back at me "he looks old and he's blonde"
Ivy sighed at her sister'a statement "he doesn't look old and just because chad cheated on you it doesn't mean all blondes are assholes"
I felt a kick on my leg and it was Alexander probably meaning that I should speak up "camila you're a very pretty girl and let me tell you that I truly love your sister with all my heart" I said with a smile at the end
Everyone looked at me then back at their plate except for ivy she kisses my cheek and whispered in my ear "I love you too"
