A/n: ... well I did say that updates will be slow... the earlier updates... were updated cuz I wasn't being lazy at the time I suppose... I know I know, I'm a horrible author. But I'm not the worst when... *looks at the books that haven't been updated for a year or more* there are those, a lot of em are gud books too... anyway... enough talking (?) and onto the story that I admit is really shitty!!
~Haru's Pov~
"Hiyaa!! You stupid zombies are dead!!" An overly energetic fairy yelled.
"They're technically already dead, El." I said with a flat tone, as I have already told her that 18 times, I should know, I counted.
"Shush, Haru!! I need to focus!!"
... how rude. I introduced her to the game that I created with a skill that God gave me. ( a/n *CoUgH* ) I wanted to test it out so I made a game that I've seen a lot of people play in arcades. El kept on losing so she slowed down time so her reaction time would be better or something, not that it's actually helping much anyway. Me? I'm reinforcing my room's door so nobody can come in. I also forc-- I mean, asked El to make a sound proof barrier because the banging was getting a little annoying. Geez, can I not get any alone time around here?
"Arggg, I can't do this anymore~~ it's too hardddd." El whined, flopping onto her back, did I mention she was in her adult form? No? Ok, now you know.
"It's not that hard, El. That's not even the hardest game I've seen." I really don't think that's a hard game, if anything, trying to stop people from breaking into my room is harder.
"Hmph!! Show off!" El huffed, acting like an immature child even though she's hundreds of years old, she's even doing the pouting.
"I'm not jok— OI ELENA WHY DID YOU REMOVE THE SOUND REMOVING BARRIER?!" I yelled, hearing all the commotion outside now that the barrier is gone.
"You were being mean!!" El sulked, now up and stomping her foot on the ground.
"HARUTO!!! ARE YOU ALRIGHT?!! ANSWER US!!!" Father's voice sounded from the other side of the door, a desperate and worried tone in his voice.
"I'm alright father, you're such a worry wart." I said, opening the door to find... an entire horde of soldiers, my father as well as both my older siblings.
"HARU CHANNNNNNN!!!" Shiro launched himself at me, knocking me down and crushing me under his weight, seriously how much can he weigh?
"S-sh-iro, b-bre-at-hing." I weakly tried to push him off, I need my magical air sucking duo to survive damnit!!
"Oh right, sorry."
Air!! Oh how I missed you for about 7 seconds!! I glared at Shiro who was laughing sheepishly while scratching the back of his head.
"H-ha-ru... I... I'm sorry." Kuro slowly shuffled up to me while looking at anywhere but me.
"So why did you start banging at my door? I was watching El fail miserably at playing this game. It's quite entertaining." I said, completely ignoring the frantic 11 year old beside me.
"Oi!! How rude!"
"A game? What kind of game? Wait no don't tell me that... yet. We noticed that your portion of food suddenly disappeared so we got a little worried..." Father said.
I suppose that getting an entire team of royal guards is considered 'a little worried'. I wonder what would happen if I actually was in danger? ... probably not a good thing to find out.
"Oh I just had El do some invisibility magic on the two of us because... I... umm..." HOW DO I EXPLAIN THAT I GOT INTO A FIGHT WITH KURO?!! Ok... just calm... CALM!! I can do this... yeah... "Wanted some alone time but didn't want to miss out on the food." That didn't go so bad did it?
"Oh... so why does Kuro look so guilty over there?" Mother said, pointing to the ball of guilt that is Kuro in a corner.
"... not sure, Shiro you're his twin go cheer him up." I turned my eyes away from everyone and pushed Shiro over to Kuro and his corner of guilt.
"Huh? Oh, ok?" Shiro fumbled around before falling down beside Kuro.
Phew, now I'll just let him take care of Kuro so I don't have to talk to the gloomy mess.
"Ne ne, Haru chan... I wanna continue playing now..." Elena pulled on my sleeve and whined.
"What's the point? You're just going to continue losing, you've already lost 48 times anyway." I said, glancing the the screen with a 'LOSE' on it.
"Wha—! How rude!! I'm definitely going to win one day ya hear!! Now commere!" Elena's face flushed in embarrassment, then she starting dragging me back into my room.
"Ahhh... alright alright... don't drag me. See ya later father, mother." I waved at my parents who were looking at me with a face, a face that clearly says 'What the f*ck?'.
... so tired... I should just go sleep... yeah. The dream world will hopefully be better than the real one.
"Oi, El. I'm gonna go sleep, don't be noisy or I'll take the game away." I said, flopping onto my large bed.
The bed is definitely one of my favourites in this life... food is too... I'm... happy... here... I think...
A/n
... I'm sorry... this chapter is shorter than usual and I haven't updated in like 2 months or something... *bows on all fours* I haven't had any inspiration for this book for some reason... I think I've lost motivation to write it... I'm really sorry... if anyone wants to adopt this book, they're welcome to as long as they tell me first. At the moment, I'll try my best to make chapters. They will be coming out slowly tho. I know I'm a horrible author... again I'm really sorry...
