"GUYS. WE SLEPT IN!" The new emotion shouted frantically.
"Uhhhhhh..."
Intelligences head snapped around to look at Optimism,
"You"
"Didn't"
"WAKE HIM UP?"
Optimism froze and smiled awkwardly,
"No..? Wasn't the alarm supposed to wake him..?"
Intelligence facepalmed,
"So. You didn't set the alarm? Really?"
"But, I didn't stay up overnight..."
Both emotions then turned to the emotion still passed out on the couch.
"LAZINESS! You dunderhead!" Intelligence screamed at him. Laziness rolled off the couch in suprise,
"Heh? Wha now?" he looked around groggily, and then looked at the two.
"Oh. The aaalllaarrmm..? Haha funny story actually! Maybe I should tell you..LATER!" he sprinted off and down one of the halls.
"That idiot! Why did we leave him in charge.." he groaned. Optimism then, piped up,
"Well, didn't you make a loong list on who goes and when? And you said we had to follow the shifts perfectly? And not to mention you also-
"Ok! Ok..so it was partially my fault but it was also P-"
"HE'S STILL SLEEPING" the purple colored one screamed.
Intelligence and Optimism eyes locked on the keyboard. Optimism slammed his palm on the wake up button, then Intelligence started rapidly spamming buttons. A red siren started flashing out of somewhere.
"Wha- ow! Is the alarm neccesary?" Optimism covered his ears, and the purple emotion grabbed the keyboard off of Intelligence and controlled it.
"Neri! You're gonna stress him out much!" Optimism shouted.
"SORRY, but he's going to be late!" Nervous replied quickly and focused in more on what he was doing.
Intelligence muttered something under his breath about his time being wasted and then spoke out,
"Listen, I'm going back for now. Besides I'll be needed more later. I hope you can attempt to manage William hmm?"
"Hey, we're not kids!" Optimism pouted,
"Well you sure act like it." The green emotion snapped back and then stalked off down the same hall he came from.
"Meanie!" Optimism shouted throwing his fists down in a child-like manner.
"Well, I guess you could say he's just a meany, green beany!"
A yellow emotion wearing a tiedye shirt with sunglasses resting on his head.
"Lau, good morning!" Optimism greeted, Nervous waved slightly.
"H-hey.." Nervous said awkwardly.
"Now why was Mr. Smarty over there so grumpy grouchy?" the yellow emotion asked the other two.
"Hey! I thought the same thing :D" Optimism smiled happily.
"Hey, people I could use some help!" Nervous spoke up.
"Oh. Yeah ok," Optimism replied and went over to help, while the yellow emotion was chilling on the couch and lowered his sunglasses onto his eyes.
*time skip until they are ready for school*
Intelligence strolled back in,
"Well? Is he dead yet?" he scoffed sarcastically whilst rolling his eyes.
"You know what I don't get, why do they call four-eyes over there 'Intelligence', instead of Sarcastic Am'I right? Eh, eh?" Laughter joked with a grin. Optimism burst out laughing.
"OMG your so right haha!" the pink, cheery emotion replied.
Intelligence was flustered to the point where his cheeks were a bright red.
"T-that! That is FALSE!" he stated frantically. He then let out a long sigh, strightened his tie, fixed his glasses and walked past the two.
"I'm just going to pretend I didn't hear that, mindless children."
"Well, I'm going to pretend I didn't hear that! Hmph!" Optimism retorted with his arms crossed like a child.
Laughter snorted with amusement and then turned around to leave,
"I'll see you people, bai" he held up a peace sign and walked out.
"Lau! Wait for me!" Optimism called out and then followed him.
"Great, finally some peace and quiet." he sighed with relief.
