Aboard as Sith Dreadnought hovering about the planet of Alderaan, an Imperial Commander inspects the crew of the ship. A call from the holoterminal on the bridge gets the commander's attention.
Imperial Commander: Patch us through Ensign.
Ensign: Patching through now sir!
The holoterminal forms a hologram in the from of the Sith Lord Darth Jahl.
Darth Jahl: Commander Malavai Quinn.
Quinn: My lord.
Darth Jahl: Summon my apprentice. Then contact me from his chambers.
Quinn: It will be done my lord.
After communications were concluded, Commander Quinn made his way to Darth Aolroth's chambers to find him meditating.
Quinn: I'm sorry to interrupt, but your master calls for you.
Darth Aolroth got up from his meditation stance and walked to the commander.
Darth Aolroth: Put him through.
Commander Quinn took out his holocommunicator and patched Darth Jahl through.
Darth Aolroth: Master.
Darth Jahl: Our mission lies here on this outpost in Alderaan. While Darth Malgus leads the campaign on Republic forces, we shall attack this outpost.
Darth Aolroth: What's in this outpost that demands our attention master?
Darth Jahl: Our target is Jedi Battle Commander Argos Karr. He has led many successful attacks against Imperial forces.
This seemed to easy a mission to the apprentice. Something didn't feel right.
Darth Aolroth: Wouldn't this Jedi focus his efforts on Darth Malgus's forces? Why remain on this outpost?
Quinn: We have monitored communications within this outpost. The outpost holds something of great importance. We don't know what, but if this Jedi finds it important, then I imagine Lord Jahl would want it as soon as possible. There is a possibility that the Jedi may have begun evacuation procedures to prepare for Lord Malgus's assault. If we attack now, we should be able to acquire this object.
Despite the straightforward analysis from Commander Quinn, Darth Aolroth still felt unsure about this mission.
Darth Jahl: You my apprentice shall take a squadron of Imperial troopers and attack the outpost. Kill the Jedi and retrieve this object.
Darth Aolroth: It will be done my master.
Darth Aolroth reassured his master as the communications ended.
Quinn: I shall coordinate the attack from the bridge my lord. I have no doubt you will succeed.
Darth Aolroth: Thank you commander.
Darth Aolroth readied himself for the upcoming mission. In the Jedi Outpost, a battalion of Republic Troops readied their defenses for any Sith attack. In the center of the outpost, a female Torguta Jedi spoke to the Republic commander.
Torguta Jedi: Are the defenses ready Sgt?
Republic Sgt: Yes master Jedi. My boys are ready for anything that comes our way!
Torguta Jedi: Be careful Sgt.
Suddenly, a Republic soldier ran to the Jedi.
Republic Soldier: Master Jedi! A Sith Transport ship has landed nearby. It appears to be squadron of Sith troopers!
Torguta Jedi: How many?
Republic Soldier: At least 50. Maybe more.
Republic Sgt: Get those cannons ready! I want everything beyond the outpost to be blasted to pieces!
The Republic soldier ran to do as he was ordered. The battle began as the out manned Republic forces engaged the Sith. Darth Aolroth cut through Republic troops like paper as he led the charge. The Republic Sgt aimed his Carbine blaster and shot at the Sith, but Darth Aolroth dodged the blaster fire and threw his lightsaber at the Sgt's chest. The Sith forces made quick work of the Republic forces within. The Jedi was all that was left as Darth Aolroth confronted her.
Darth Aolroth: Where is Argos Karr?
Torguta Jedi: Far from Alderaan. And the Holocron with it. You've lost Sith!
Darth Aolroth: Tell me where he's gone and you will be spared!
The Jedi said nothing as she pulled out her lightsaber. Darth Aolroth did the same and engaged her in a fierce lightsaber duel. But despite her best efforts, she was unable to counter the Sith's brute strength as he dealt a fatal blow to the Jedi.
Darth Aolroth: It's over Jedi! You've lost!
Torguta Jedi: There is no death, only the Force.
The Jedi spoke her last words as she died from the wounds inflicted by the Sith. Darth Aolroth then heard her holocommunicator going off and answered it. The hologram formed a Kel Dor Jedi.
Darth Aolroth: You must be Argos Karr.
Karr: You are correct Sith. By the looks of it, you have taken the outpost.
Darth Aolroth: The Jedi you left in charge was nothing to me!
Karr: Her death won't be for nothing. Your master's plan will fail and the Sith will be defeated.
Darth Aolroth: We shall see!" Darth Aolroth then proceeded to crush the holocommunicator in his hand. He then took his own and contacted Commander Quinn.
Quinn: How fares the mission my lord?
Darth Aolroth: Not good. Argos Karr left here long ago.
Quinn: And of the object?
Darth Aolroth: We're dealing with a Holocron. Karr has it.
Quinn: This is unfortunate. I shall brief Lord Jahl of what has transpired here. He will no doubt want to rendezvous. Search the outpost. There might be something worth taking.
Darth Aolroth: I'll look into it.
Darth Aolroth then ended the communications. He gazed at the destruction that he and his Imperial squadron have caused.
