Chapter 4 - You Gotta Dream Man
Jaemin's POV
We finally finished making and eating all the food we had cooked, and it was time to go home.
We all went our separate ways, and we wound up at home. Although it was kinda late for coffee, I drank an espresso that I picked up from Starbucks on the way home.
"You shouldn't be drinking this at this time. You'll struggle to fall asleep"
I jumped almost a foot in the air. WHAT WAS JENO DOING HERE?
"W-what are you DOING here?" I spluttered
"I wanted to double-check the balancing equations answers with you so your mom let me in" he replied.
"Right, so you were just standing creepily in the shadows when I came in"
"Yeah... kinda"
We checked answers and luckily they were all the same.
After we checked I went to take another sip from my coffee but Jeno gently pried it out of my grip.
"Go to sleep, we have school tomorrow" he said in a calming tone. "I'm going to throw this out, ok?"
I nodded, feeling subdued.
He went to the kitchen to pour out the rest of the coffee and throw out the cup.
He waited for me to change into pyjamas and then tucked me into bed.
He whispered "Good night Nana"
I felt my heart do a little jump.
The next day school went inch by inch slowly forward as I alternated between gaming and texting on my watch.
In the last period, I received an iMessage.

Fairly quick update. I'm going back to school next week and I'm gonna be having lots of assessments so I won't really be updating but then after that I think I'll be able to update. Yeet I hope I don't die.
