Rouge looked nervously between Eren and Erwin; who were staring intently at him. Eren had found one of Reiner's shirts he left at Eren's apartment after a party/sleepover which fitted almost perfectly on Erwin. Erwin's shirt was ruined beyond repair so they just tossed it.
Rouge finally gave up and looked at the pair with a serious look in his eyes. " Meow Meow Meow (alright I'll try answer any questions you two have)"
Eren nodded before taking a deep breath " what are you?"
Rouge yawned before answering " I'm a beast"
Erwin rolled his eyes" we can see that but what actually are you and " Erwin looked at Eren than back at Rouge " Why can Eren understand you?"
Rouge rolled his eyes back " you know what a hell hound is right?" Eren and Erwin nodded
" Beasts like me are related to them but we don't live in hell, have way more control than them, and more intelligent as well as stronger"
Erwin nodded " I've heard about your kind but your species are extremely rare"
Rouge nodded and layed down " yes we are but as you must of figured out I'm Eren's protector and pet "
Eren balled up his fists " Why wasn't I informed about this?"
Rouge gave Eren a sympathetic look " I'm sorry Eren but your parents ordered me to not tell you anything about the supernatural side of the world"
Eren frowned " so they would rather me think I'm a freak and weird than to just tell me" Eren was getting angry
" I'm sorry, I wanted to Eren but I couldn't disobey " Rouge replied
Eren gritted his teeth " Why couldn't you disobey?"
Rouge continued to stare into Eren's eyes " because I owe them my life"
Eren's eyes widened before he closed them " okay" he sighed feeling a little guilty, not meaning to bring up any bad memories for the beast.
Erwin rubbed Eren's back to comfort the male and surprisingly Eren allowed him to. " What are the Yeagers?" Eren asked
Rouge looked away " I'm sorry but even I don't truly know what the Yeagers are, you'll have to ask your mother "
Eren nodded" I'll have to contact her before that Levi guy comes for me again "
Erwin stood up" wanna stay at my house? They already know where you live"
That remained Eren of their past conversation " How did you know where I lived?" Eren glared at Erwin
Erwin smiled " let's just say I'm a very persistent and stubborn man Eren "
Eren huffed not satisfied with Erwin's answer but knew he was getting no where with the man
" Meow Meow ( get out Smith I can protect Eren just fine)" Rouge hissed
" then how did he get kidnapped in the first place?" Erwin mumbled walking to the door
" Meow Meow Meow Meow ( I didn't have to shift for more than twenty years I was rusty asshole)" Rouge replied
" okay okay I'm sorry" Erwin smirked before leaving the apartment but not before saying " bye Eren"
" bye Erwin" Eren said with a exasperated sigh
" Meow Meow Meow Meow ( Eren can we cuddle? Oh and you still have to call Armin and Mikasa)"
Eren smiled and picked up the cat sitting him in his lap " I know I know" Eren yawned and snuggled the cat before falling asleep
