**3rd person POV**

"Estefania, please. Please don't leave, I-I," Ashton speaks.

"Save it! I thought I did too, but no. You're not the guy I thought you were. But I did love you, at one point..." Estefania tells him.

BEEEEEEEEEEEEEP.

Flat line.

"ESTEFANIA! PLEASE DON'T LEAVE! I-I-I LOVE YOU!" Ashton screams at the girl who no longer has a beating heart.

He yells in agony as he falls to the floor.

A doctor rushes into the room and shouts for the nurse,

"NURSE! NURSE!" And running in behind the calls is the nurse. "Check his pulse!" He demands, referring to the now still Ashton.

The nurse does as she's told, "he... he's dead," she confirms. "So is she. They both are."

"How did this happen?" The doctor asks her.

"Well, the girl had too many injuries. The boy, I think he had a heart attack," she explains.

The day of the funeral, Luke and Calum were there to mourn the two of their friends.

"Can't believe they're gone.." Luke whispers.

"We will miss you guys," Calum says, speaking to the two caskets. "Especially you, Ash,"

"Maybe this can help you rest in peace, Ashton, Michael... he.. after he left, he was hit by a bus. He died instantly. And Estefania, we brought you this..." Luke says. He set a stuffed banana in the casket with Estefania. Bananas were her favorite fruit.

"Good bye," Calum says, a tear escaping his wet eyes.

The 2/4 left of 5 seconds of summer never performed a gig again, and Calum never got over the idea of Estefania and Ashton being dead. Cal and Luke went to visit their two friends grave every day for a very, very long time.
