~2 days before the wedding~
"He's...back?!"
Cody couldn't believe what he was hearing.
"Yes, he is. It's really scaring me. Who knows what he could do!"
Maxx groaned in frustration.
"Do you think he'll try to ruin our w-wedding?" Maxx's eyes cloud with tears.
Cody just hugs his fiance.
"Im so sorry im just under a lot of stress right now!"
"Maxxie, look at me. Its going to be fine."
"How do you know its going to be fine?" Maxx coldly said. There was almost no emotion in his voice, his eyes just gave a blank expression.
"Babe, just listen to me." Cody softly says, looking at the younger blonde. "You trust me right?"
Maxx looks into Cody's eyes.
"Of course, yes."
"But, if he comes back and hurts you, he will never see the light of day again."
Sorry for the short Chapter again! Im trying to get to the main part of the story as soon as possible. The next chapter(s) will probably be the wedding or when they are getting ready for the wedding, so the chapters are gonna be longer so stay tuned! :)
