"Seems like I got excited for nothing" Rosé thought. "But wait... why did I suddenly feel down? Am I really looking forward to a message from him? How would he even get my number? Would he even dare get my number? Why would he right? Nope. Nope Rosie. You're overthinking again. Why don't you just reply to Jihyo unnie's message. Yeah, that's what I would do."
After having a battle with her own thoughts, Rosé replied to Jihyo's message
MESSAGE TO TWICE JIHYO:
Unnie! Yes, I'm home. Do you need something?
NEW MESSGAE FROM TWICE JIHYO:
Yes. Actually not me, it's Chanyeol-ssi. He's trying to get your number from me. He said it's important.
MESSAGE TO TWICE JIHYO:
Why didn't he just tell you what he needed so you could ask me?

Rosé was skeptical about it because her manager may go wild but she let it be. She thought it must be really personal and important. She decided to go eat chicken and watch a movie with her members after a long tiring day. When suddenly, her phone bleeped so she decided to check it out thinking it must be her dad.
NEW MESSAGE FROM UNKNOWN NUMBER:
Hi Rose. This is Chanyeol. Thank you for letting me have your number. Are you still awake? Is it okay if I call you right now? Thanks.
"Well, that was casual. And formal. And serious" Rose thought to herself. Actually, Chanyeol had a battle with himself too on how to text Rosé. He thought of going informal but he thought it's disrespectful. He also thought of going fun but he thought she might feel awkward so he went casual. and formal. and serious. Rosé glimpsed at her members who seemed so into watching so she decided to reply immediately after saving his number.
MESSAGE TO EXO CHANYEOL:
Sorry Chanyeol-ssi, I'm doing something with my members right now. I'll text you right after. And btw, just Chaeng. I don't like being called my stage name when I'm off stage.
"Who's that? Who texted?" Jennie asked after seeing Chaeng in her phone. Other members were looking at her waiting for her reply. Who would text her this late at night? And why does she seem to think seriously on what to reply? And why did she have to make sure we're not looking. They knew it was odd.
"oh, uhmm- it's- nothing. It's Jihyo unnie. She just asked if i'm home." Chaeng nervously replied.
"Oh really? tell her I said Hi" Jisoo said. The members knew she was hiding something but they want her to tell it herself. After the members' reply, Chaeng felt guilty lying so she ended up saying the truth.
"Actually, it's Chanyeol-ssi" Chaeng said while looking down. Lisa immediately paused the movie so everyone can listen.
"He just asked if he could call. Jihyo said he has something important to ask." Chaeng continued.
"Chaeyoung-ah. You're old enough and you're smart. You know when a guy is hitting on you and you know what to do if someone does." Jennie reminded her while Jisoo was just seriously looking at her. Lisa on the other hand was laying on Chaeng's lap.
"Don't worry unnie, I know that. If I sense it, I'll immediately shoo away but I don't think he had other intentions." Chaeng replied.
"Can we now get back to the movie now?" Lisa asked. The members nodded so she played it again. However, Chaeng felt weird with Jisoo seriously looking at her. Jisoo on the other hand was looking at her blankly. She was worried because she knows Chaeyoung and one mistake can mean their careers would crush. But more than their careers, Jisoo was worried because she knows Chaeyoung is vulnerable and without even knowing what's going with them, she knows it'll lead to something seeing Chaeyoung's movements although this time, all she can do is trust in Chaeyoung.
The night continued with them watching the movie. After the movie, they all went to their respective rooms. The moment Chaeng laid in bed, she immediately texted Chanyeol.
MESSAGE TO EXO CHANYEOL:
Oppa, it's okay to call now.
3 minutes have passed after Chaeng sent a message but Chanyeol hasn't called yet. Chaeng thought he already went to bed so she thought of sleeping already too. Just as she was about to sleep, her phone rang.
"Hello... Uh... Chaeng?"
"Yes oppa?" Chaeng decided to call Chanyeol oppa to build a certain barrier between them.
"Oh.. I know it's late. I'm sorry for calling. I'm really embarrased right now and I-"
"Go straight to the point oppa." Chaeng cut him off.
"Okay, uhm... it's my cousin's birthday next wednesday and she's a big blackpink fan, your fan specifically. She has an illness and would have to fly to US after her birthday for treatment. She is losing hope and I know you can help her in some way. If it's not too much to ask, a video greeting or a message would be nice. It would mean a lot to her and to me. I promise I'll pay you back someday." Chanyeol waited for her response.
"You don't have to if you're busy" he added.
"I just checked my schedule and I'm free on Wednesday. Wouldn't it be better if I meet her personally? I'd probably ask my other members too."
"Really? THANK YOU VERY MUCH CHAENG."
"And oppa, you don't have to pay back for it. I'll do this for her"
"It's okay. I know you'll do this for her but isn't it better if you have a spare wish that you could claim any time you want. It may come in handy."
"Okay oppa, I need to sleep now. Good night."
"Goodnight Chaeng. Let's meet again."
The next morning, Chaeng asked her members about it but only Jisoo is free so Jisoo decided to come with Chaeng. Jisoo herself also wanted to meet the sick girl and wanted to meet 'the man'...
