Yeol woke up the next day knowing what he had to do. Get Chaeng back. He now realized what his members had been making him understand all along."It shouldn't matter if she likes you or not" 

Yeol spent the whole day trying to contact Chaeng but she wasn't responding at all. He thought she may have been busy so he just let it be. The next few days, Yeol was busy preparing for his solo album but he NEVER stopped trying to contact Chaeng but as usual... she wasn't responding at all. Not even opening her messages. He was worried so he told Kai to ask Jennie if Chaeng's phone was confiscated by YG after the scandal. Yeol thought it would only be the most valid reasoning why Chaeng hadn't answered his messages, or even just look at it.

"So... what did she say? It's confiscated right? I feel sorry for Chaeng she got he most backlash and i-" Yeol was so worried that Chaeng might have been scolded but what Kai said made him shut.

"It's not confiscated Yeol." Kai said.

"No way... we are going fine so she wouldn't ignore me like that. Maybe Jen is playing around with you." Yeol replied.

"I saw it... with my own two eyes. We saw Chaeng at the Cafe and she was talking to someone on the phone. I think it's Lisa." Kai replied.

"Then why would she ignore me? I mean... I don't understand." Yeol said hit his head as he was having a hard time thinking what had changed between them.

"I cannot answer that Yeol. Only she can." Kai said and went to his room. Yeol was left in the living room still contemplating what is happening.

BLACKPINK'S DORM

The girls were having eating after watching a movie when Jennie entered the room from the studio after her date with Kai.

"Oh... Jendeukie, you're here. It's pretty late already." Jisoo said.

"Yes, I know. I actually came back from the studio after having a coffee with Jongin. EXO has a schedule tomorrow and I don't want him to be tired." Jennie said.

"Why would Kai oppa be tired when you're together? Yah! Jennie-unnie! I'm too young for those things!" Lisa said teasing Jennie.

"Yah! Lalisa! You dirty-minded kid!" Jennie replied acting like she was about to hit Lisa when Chaeng came out from the bathroom.

"Oh, Chaeyoung-ah... You're here. By the way, can I ask you something?" Jennie said while the girls listened intently.

"Yes unnie. Why?" Chaeng asked.

"Well... It's been a week since the interview right? And it's about to air tomorrow. Uh... I just wanna ask, have you talked to Chanyeol since then?" Jennie asked which shocked the other girls.

"Uh... We were busy. And I figured out he's busy too." Chaeng said.

"Why would you ask that?" Jisoo said.

"Jongin asked me a weird question earlier asking if your phone was confiscated. I said no. He thought I was bluffing until he saw you using your phone at the cafe." Jennie explained.

"I knew it was weird so I asked him. He said... Chanyeol has been contacting you for a week. He thought at first, maybe we were just busy. But what he found weird is that you haven't even read his messages so he thought maybe you're phone was confiscated." Jennie said.

"He was worried you were scolded and grounded by YG so he thought you're phone was confiscated. Jongin told me he has been indifferent for the past few days because he was so worried." Jennie added.

"If he was that worried... why is he still bothering me?" Chaeng said which shocked the girls.

BLACKPINK DORM'S ROOM

It was late but Chaeng decided to talk to Yeol like what her members suggested. She knew she wouldn't be able to avoid him forever so might as well just talk to him.

"Chaeyoung-ah, I'm happy you finally wanted to talk to me. I've been-" Yeol was talking when Chaeng interrupted her.

"I only have a few minutes with you since our manager will come soon. What do you want to say?" Chaeng muttered.

"Are you mad at me? Is it because of the scandal?" Yeol asked.

"Yes. I'm not mad at you but I'm mad at the situation. I was going on pretty well with my life and now it's all messed up again. Have you read the comments online? Most of it was hate towards me. You saw how everyone reacted to me after the scandal. They all called me names and worse, even my family which has nothing to do with it. I just hate how the world is so unfair to women!" Chaeng opened up.

"I'm so sorry." Yeol said looking down.

"Don't be. Besides, the show is over anyway. Remember what I told you before? After this show, we can get back to our own lives. And I still think the same... nothing changed." Chaeng said 

"I understand. I'm never gonna be a burden to you again." Yeol replied and smiled bitterly at Chaeng.

" I have to go now. Take care." Chaeng said and left.

Chanyeol's thought were still flying when he suddenly received a call from his aunt.

"Auntie, is everything alright with my cousin?" Chanyeol said.

"Yeollie, Solji's test result is out now. You want to see it?" His aunt asked.

"I'll go there quickly." Yeol said as he immediately went to his car.

"Nothing Changed." These words continued to haunt Yeol while on his way to the hospital until he finally realized... there is something that needs his attention more. Solji.
