Azriel blinked, quickly dismissing the memory. He didn't want to think about that right now. Ariel sat in silence, he heard the bell ring and saw people walk past him but didn't care enough to spare them a single glance. He sat in silence for over an hour, counting down the seconds until the final bell would ring and release him from this place.

Finally, the bell rang. He stood up and quickly made his way to the door. Suddenly someone came up behind him and grabbed him by his shirt, dragging him around to the back of the school.

"Where do you think you're going huh?" the kid asked with a raised brow, his short brown hair was a bit messy and his brown eyes held a bit of a teasing look. Azriel rolled his eyes and tried to push past the male only to get pinned to the wall. "I asked you a question bitch!" The taller male growled, the teal haired male only stared at him blankly. This had happened many times before but..he didn't give the taller male the response that he normally did. "Hey! Answer me!" the guy yelled, slamming Azriel into the wall.

"Why should I do that?" Azriel tilted his head to the side before a wicked grin grew on his lips. The brown haired narrowed his eyes and pulled his fist back, about to punch Azriel only to hear a deafening scream. Azriel blinked a few times in shock, not knowing what had happened or why the male that was about to hit him was covering his ears. He didn't think too much into it though and ran off toward the bus, not wanting to have to walk back to Jason's home.

He quickly got on the bus, not wanting to talk to anyone he sat three seats from the back and blared music in his ears.

Time seemed to go by in a blur as soon the bus stopped and Azriel looked up to see a steep road that the bus couldn't get up. He let out a sigh before getting off the bus and walking up the road. Hopefully there won't be any logging trucks speeding by like last time, he thought bitterly. After a few minutes of walking his long driveway came into view. Making sure to check in mail before hand, he walked up the driveway with his head hung low.

"What was all of that about?" Azriel flinched when he heard his mother's voice. He slowly rose his head, looking across the yard at his mother who glared at him. The male's eyes widened at his mother's angered state.

"Wh-what was what all about?" Azriel asked wearily, knowing full well that it was about school. Why do they have to call my mom if I don't show up? he growled in his head, thinking it stupid but also knowing why they did it.

"Why was I called that you weren't at school?" Her voice raised and her fists were clenched. Azriel quickly glanced over to an unfamiliar truck, knowing full well what it meant.

"Jason didn't wake me up..I'm sor-"

"You idiot! I do everything for you and your sister and this is what I get? Stupid excuses that a faggot didn't wake you up?" She grabbed his hoodie along with his hair and drug him into the house. Azriel quickly lifted his hands to keep his hoodie on, not wanting his mother to see his now teal hair that had been blonde. "Go get your sister, you two will be outside tonight." Azriel managed a single nod after his mother let go of him before he ran up the stairs, ignoring the feeling he always got when he went up them.

"H-hey. You want to go outside? We can have a little camp out!" Azriel asked his sister with a fake smile, his sister seemed to have bought it though.

"Yeah! Let's go on a camp out!" The girl cheered, her eyes looking much like her brother's in that they were a dark, sea blue.

"Alright then Fay, let's get going then, yeah?" Fay nodded quickly and grabbed her brother's hand before dragging him down the stairs. It was toward the end of the school year so there wasn't any snow thankfully. "H-hey! Let me get the sleeping bags!" Azriel let out a chuckle before going back up the stairs and shaking his head. He lightly tugged at the long sleeves of Jason's sweater with a small smile as he walked up the steps. Deciding to make a change in direction he went to his room, quickly getting out his pencil sharpener and the mental nail file. This time he would cut at about his waist, the second word that he had carved into his body. Wolf, was now written on his hip before he quickly screwed the blade back on to the rest of the pencil sharpener. Looking down the male saw blood trickling down threatening to stain his friend's jeans. Azriel grabbed a Kleenex and placed it against his new wound before securing it in place and returning to his original task.
