A male walked up to the small school with his head down element of surprise. He kept himself from grinning and went with being the shy kid. Amber eyes stared down at the ground in front of him as he slowly made his way to the office, shuffling his feet. He looked up to meet the eyes of the woman that was sitting as a computer behind the desk.
"Ah, welcome! You are the transfer student correct?" The boy nodded a few times to which the woman started typing quickly. "Your name is Zion.." The woman paused for a moment as she looked at his surname. "Victor Zion?" She raised a brow and the male held back a chuckle.
"Yes that is me." He shook his head, glancing back to meet some of the stares that he was getting. Zion let out a light chuckle as he saw a male with his head down, his hair reaching a bit past his shoulders and covering a pair of earbuds.
"Alright, go down the hall third door on the left. Go figure out your classes." Zion gave a short nod to the woman before leaving the office and following her instructions. He entered a room with a wall in the corner of the room that looked as if it had a hole cut out for a window but there were only a few plants sitting there and a desk on the other side of it. It was a bit strange to Zion but he didn't put too much thought into it. He walked up to the male that sat behind the desk who was typing away on his computer.
"Hey..I'm suppose to get a schedule from you I think?" The man looked up at the white haired boy before nodding once.
"Yes... Victor Zion, new student. You were home schooled before is that correct?" The boy nodded to which the man typed a few more things. "Alright then. You only really have one choice in your classes.." He handed Zion a paper before pointing to a blank. "You can either go do agriculture or band. Those are your only choices." He said with a fake smile plastered on his face.
"I see.. Does that band preform?" The guy nodded to which Zion let out a sigh. "I could do band I guess."
"There is a march coming up for the band as well as the main performance at the end of the year. Are you sure you wouldn't rather do agriculture?" Zion's eyes narrowed and he crossed his arms. He didn't like the vibe he was getting from the man in the slightest.
"I'm sure, trust me. I think I know of someone that will help me practice!" He spoke in a joyful tone to hide his annoyance. The male at the desk nodded before writing on the paper.
"Down the hall past the.." He shook his head. "I'll just have someone show you around.." He stood up, his smile never fading. "Come on, back to the office!" Zion turned around and rolled his eyes but listened anyway. He didn't want to have a bad reputation.
Once they arrived the woman at the desk smiled brightly to the male who was walking beside Zion. "What can I do for you?"
"Call down Kalen and have him show Victor around." The woman nodded before picking up a phone and her voice echoed down the halls.
"Kalen Azriel to the office."
It didn't take long for the boy with teal hair to show up with a blank look on his face, his hair pulled back in a bun that was falling apart. "What can I do ya for?" The boy asked with annoyance very clear in his tone. His gaze landed on Zion for a moment, his blue orbs staring into the amber ones.
"Show Mister Victor around to his classes." Azriel lifted a brow at this and let out a huff.
"I had to figure it out on my own when i first came here, he can to. The school isn't that big..It's literally one hall." The woman behind the desk didn't seem to pleased with this as she glared at him.
"Do I need to call your mother." A look of fear crossed the boys eyes before they quickly went back to showing no emotion.
"Fine whatever..Keep up kid." Azriel muttered quietly before walking off. "You're in eighth grade right?" The white haired male nodded to this. "Kay..Then you have my classes for the most part. Did you take band?" Again, the amber eyed boy nodded. "Guess I'll be seeing you all day then." The two neared the cafeteria where Azriel dropped his bag at a side door. "This is our first hour class. You have the same people in all of your classes except for music..Music has some seventh graders. Other than that though..it's just our grade." He gave a shrug before turning around and walking out of the cafeteria.
