Sakura can control if she wants to switch places with Kuroko and can also control shadows if she wishes too. it's only when she needs to swap with Kuroko then she will. The downfall to this, is that Kuroko isn't good but she isn't bad and sometimes Sakura has a hard time switching back to her normal self.

Personality Sakura is a quiet girl, it's not because she's shy, she just prefers to not talk, like Todoroki. However Kuroko, is the absolute opposite. Kuroko is loud, confident and out there. When she switches with Sakura, she enjoys the time she has before Sakura changes her back. Kuroko isn't bad but she isn't good. She does bad but she does good at the same time. She's quite rogue
History Sakura got her quirk at the age of 5 and that was when Kuroko joined with her. Her mother was quirkless. Sakura accidently walked into an alley and nearly got killed and at that moment, a voice inside her spoke asking to take over. At this point, Kuroko took over and was able to defeat them by killing them. Kuroko let Sakura take back to see the dead bodies and then she swore she would never kill anyone.
