Unusual feelings

*Gilgamesh's POV*
     Alright. She wants to gain my trust? Then, I will help her by testing her strength. I thought to myself as I shot a sword into the ground directly in front of (Y/N), causing her to jump a bit. "This is your weapon, mongrel." I motioned to the slightly rusted blade in the soft earth in front of her. "If it breaks, I will not give you another. You must summon your own, mongrel."
     "Um...ok?" She gave me a dumbfounded look as she grabbed the sword and swung it around a bit. Why am I falling for her? Is it her attitude or her looks? I can't figure it out. I found myself staring at her as she aimed the sword at me. "Prepare to lose to me..." She paused and slightly smirked at me, catching me a little off guard. I opened my mouth to say something, but she continued before I could speak. "...my king." I shut my mouth and felt a twinge of pride in my chest as she pressed the tip of the blade to my chest where my heart was.
     "I'll never lose to you, Mongrel."

     What is happening to me? Am I going soft? I was lying on my back on the ground. (Y/N) had managed to pin me with the sword she had gotten from me earlier. "Clever mongrel." I snickered and tried to summon another blade, but it wouldn't work.
     Huh?! What the hell?! She did this on purpose! She WANTED to exhaust my mana so I couldn't attack her anymore! Dammit. She's more clever than I thought. She was vulnerable in the position she was over me. Time to get a little payback.
    VAs fast as lightning, I flipped us both over so that (Y/N) was under me and I was above her, looking down at her. I suppressed a grin as I watched the look on (Y/N)'s face go from pride to embarrassment. Her cheeks were crimson at this point and I found it very...attractive.
