"excuse me?" jaebum looked at her with disbelief as his heart was still shivering. the lass had a cute smile on her face, looking so confident about what she's doing.

"what? i'm not expecting you to say no. you still like me, i know that." jaebum creased his forehead, he bit his lips, as he sighed. "stop being so confident, it'll hurt your ego." he says as he walks out.

dahyun was left there, dumbfounded. jaebum never ever did question her personality, and that hurt her big time. she heaved a sigh before eating her order.

meanwhile, jeabum tried to slap himself, he couldn't believe that dahyun could still makes him nervous. dahyun could still make him feel something weird.

he sighs as he head out the washroom, "jb!" his eyes widened when a pretty girl came near him, and as jaebum remembers, her name was wendy.

"w-wendy, long time no see." he gives the sweetest smile to her, just in time for her to hold his arm. "yeah. i missed you." wendy hugged his arm and jaebum could only coughed awkwardly.

"hm. i hope i could talk to you longer bug someone's waiting for me." he says. with that, wendy gave him a confused look, "your new fling?"

jaebum bit his lips. if he says no, he's sure wendy would still cling to him. with that thought, he slowly nodded. wendy then gave him the sharpest glare, "should i meet her then?"

with that, wendy left him there, he was shocked. he then followed her who was now standing infront of dahyun who was eating. dahyun stopped eating when she noticed, she carefully looked up.

"wendy?"

"dahyun?"

"w-what are you doing here?" dahyun asked and glanced at jaebum who widened his eyes.

"oh. so you're the new fling."

"new fling?"

"you still don't know about him? he's been douching around seoul, and i'm one of his victims."

jaebum gave wendy a look, the three have been friends since high school and he can't believe she used the term "douching".

"jaebum? is that true?"

"what the hell jaebum? what have you been doing? oh my god!"

jaebum's eyes rolled once again, dahyun has been nagging once they left the restaurant. now, jaebum is sittes on dahyun's sofa as she walk around.

"so this is your change?! to fuck girls and leave them?!"

"shut up dahyun."

"no! why would i?! you've changed jaebum! big time!"

jaebum creased his forehead at her words, he couldn't believe that dahyun was shouting at him.

"don't shout at me, i'm still older than you." dahyun's eyes rolled and that made jaebum's mouth fell agape.

"what the fuck? who the hell are you to roll your eyes on me?" jaebum groaned and glared his sharpest look at dahyun, that made the girl shut up.

"look, dahyun. if you think you can still manipulate me, then quit thinking. if you think i'd listen to you, quit thinking. and if you think i still like you.."

jaebum stopped and looked deep into her eyes, he smirked, dahyun waited for him, quietly expecting something positive. she looked at his eyes, his eyes were dead as fuck, she didn't see the old jaebum in his eyes, and that made her tear up.

jaebum stood and walked slowly towards her, dahyun didn't walk back. she waited for him to come near, he watched as jaebum leaned to her face.

dahyun gulped and closed her eyes, she didn't expect things to go this way. she again, waited for a pair of lips in hers, but then she felt something near her right ear.

"quit thinking." jaebum whispered on her ear. dahyun shivered with the air, the tears slowly fall as she felt him walk pass her.

"you still like me, jaebum. you still like me."
