dahyun pulled back and saw jaebum, still in shock and widened eyes. she sighed, "look, jaebum. i liked you, okay?! i liked you. and yes, even if she didn't lie, i'd still turn you down. but when you graduated, i realized that i liked you."

dahyun's eyes now were filled with tears as jaebum stare at her even tho they were really close to each other.

"i waited for you, you know? each day for the past three years. i waited for you to come back, but when i see you, you don't even glance at me."

jaebum's hands slowly reached her cheeks, "you don't reply to my texts, when i go to your apartment you're away not there. i tried to reach onto you, i tried."

dahyun then looked straight to his eyes, "that's why when you came here, i took the chance. but when i heard what you have been doing, i was frustrated jaebum! because i thought you were just playing with me, and i-i.."

jaebum smirked when dahyun couldn't find any words, "i-i, i don't know what to say anymore! why am i crying." she wiped off her tears and looked at him, "hey! why are you smiling?!" dahyun groaned.

jaebum then pulled her into a tight hug, "i don't need excuses, dahyun. as long as you say you feel what i feel, the pained you cause would go away." he whispered and dahyun was just sobbing.

"you could've tell me that! i would haven't kissed you!" dahyun whines, her words muffled at jaebum's chest. "er, actually, the kiss helped." jaebum said, chuckling and dahyun could only roll her eyes and hug him back.

"should we go somewhere?" the latter asks her, still not letting go. dahyun hums, and when she was about to let go, she felt a damp on her forehead. "y-yah!" she groaned as she feel her face blushing.

jaebum just pinched her cheeks with a smile on his face, but it then faded when he remembered something.

"twelve hours, jaebum."

he then wished the time would be longer, he couldn't believe that all of their problems would sort out on his last day in seoul.

"hey, are you okay?" dahyun calls out, "yeah." he showed a small smile, since it's the last day, why make the most of it?

"let's go watch the sunset. but bring extra clothes." he said and dahyun let go of him quickly, "what are we gonna do?!" she asks while covering her body, jaebum laughed at her.

"hey, we won't do what you're thinking, okay? maybe not now but iyst not like that." dahyun's eye squinted at him. "let's have night swimming."
