Walking the red carpet with her girls and her fiancé was a surreal experience for Alexandra. Having lived her entire life in the shadow of her rock star father to be at the ASA's nominated for best duet and best pop album was Something she dreamed about since she was little.
Making their way inside to stadium where the awards were being held Alex turned to her fiancé lifting up on her toes to softly kiss his lips knowing he never really likes press and paparazzi part of her job murmurs to him between kisses, " babe thank you for being here and being the one calm person in my life today!" Derek smiles and kisses her more soundly as his way of saying you're welcome. Star knowing that these two are in the part of the engagement high where you can't keep your hands off each other and with bougie baby and brother eggplant they are ten times worse than a normal couple took matters into her own hands.
" yo bougie baby and brother eggplant can y'all wait til the after party to start with the sexin .... let's win first then you can put a baby in her !"
The blonde bombshell sassed at her two friends. Atlanta's favorite couple pulled apart and rolled their eyes at star. Simone smirked because she lowkey agreed with her sister, but knew better than to say so out loud.
Finding their seats the group make small talk. Derek trying his best to calm take three down knowing the hard work all three put into the group and how important tonight was for their dreams . Kissing his fiancé's hand to get her attention he softly but firmly tells her " Alex,whatever happens here tonight just know that you are a superstar and that I love you" smiling at his sweet words of encouragement she kisses him sweetly. Star seeing their cute moment smiles but jokingly whispers " yo EP and BB what did I say earlier .... don't make me separate you two" The couple break apart and look over to their blonde friend and sarcastically say " sorry Mom!"
The first award of the night was best duet which Alexandra was nominated for along with Noah. As Normani and Sam Smith read of the nominees Alex grabbed her fiancé and best friends hand praying that the pair would read of her and Noah's name. " And the winner is ...... Alexandra crane and Noah brooks for So Sick!!!!"
Alexandra in shock stands up kissing Derek soundly as he jumped up with her before quickly turning to hug star and hugging Noah who sat in the row behind them. Letting the bad boy of R&B and star's baby daddy help her up the steps because long train and sky high heels and steps are not a good pairing.
The pair hugs Normani and Sam while receiving their awards. Alex smiles and looks over to where Derek and the girls are smiling proudly. After thanking the important people in her life and her fans she moves back to let Noah say his thank you looking over to where Derek sits she mouths 143 which in turn makes him smile and return her sentiment.
Later on after the show Alex sits in the limo holding her Two ASA's while leaning into Derek. Turning her head to face him she kisses him feverishly. All she wanted to celebrate her win was some Dick and some In N out .
