Wedding day part 2

Tapping her champagne flute to get everyone's attention star turned to the couple who was sitting right next to her.

" As everyone in this rooms knows Alexandra and I have complicated relationship but she's my sister and we all saw the love you two had from the moment y'all locked eyes" Star said starting her maid of honor speech. " Derek, as much as I mess with you. You're the older brother I kinda wanted. Alex I love you and you know when the time comes we will be living our best golden girls lives but until then I wish you and Derek many years of happiness ooooh and babies Cuz Davis need a friend sis," Star sassed as she wiped the unshed tears from her eyes.

Derek and Alex smile at Star knowing that both stuck with the blonde curly head girl for life  Simone takes the microphone from her sister wanting to same something to the happy couple. " Derek and Alex over these past couple of years I've watched y'all relationship go through up and downs.... but I also watch you two pick each other up when the others is down. Alex you are my other sister and I will forever be on your side and Derek we look like we siblings so from this day you got two annoying little sisters-in-law. To Derek and Alex!" Simone exclaims as she raises her glass. The other guests follow her lead and toast to the happy couple.  After the toasts were done it was time for the couple to share the first dance as husband and wife. As the first verse of Whitney Houston's I believe in you and Me starts to play Derek guides his wife to the dance floor.

Alexandra smiles as she puts her head into her husband's chest. Smiling because she was finally a Jones. She feels her husband gaze on her making her look up at him.

Looking into Derek eyes Alex sings along with Whitney softly. Derek softly smiles at his wife's cuteness and the fact he knows she means everything she is singing. Quickly pressing a sweet kiss to her lips to let her know he feels the same way.

Pulling Derek closer the dark skinned girl smiles into the kiss and murmurs I love you into his lips as she peppers light kisses on his lips. As the last notes of the song plays the couple press their foreheads together before sharing a sweet kiss. Hearing the DJ start playing Let's get married so so def remix. Alex turns around and begins to dance on her husband as Star dances up to her. The new Mrs. Jones smiles as she feels her husband planting kisses  on her neck.

" alright we need all the single ladies to the front," the Dj says as Alex turns around getting ready to throw her bouquet.  " One .... Two .... Threeeeee," yells Alexandra as she sends the bouquet of white roses into air. The bouquet lands right into Star's hands. The blonde bombshell sends her bandmate a deadpanned face because she ain't marrying nobody anytime soon. 

Raising the the bouquet in the air star smiles at the guest because for once she knows today is not about her but about Alex. Watching as Alex sits in a chair as Derek reaches the garter and pulls it down with his teeth. The blonde can't help but smile as her best friend looks totally blissfully happy and in love. Derek throws the garter and It lands into the hands of her baby daddy Noah Brooks. 

The rest of the reception is Blur of happiness and dancing. Star watches as the couple climbs into a white Rolls Royce convertible. Smiling as she sees Alex Derek share a passionate kiss in the backseat.  Alexandra turns catching the blue green eyes of her best friend and blows her a kiss laughing as star catches it and places it to her lips.  Turning to her husband she pulls him to her to share a sweet kiss. Today was everything she has ever hoped and dreamed for and she married the love of her life.
