Phan hunger games (Phanfiction)

Chapter 1

AUTHOR'S NOTE: This is just a fanfiction. I did not write the hunger games books I'm just writing this for fun.

Dan's POV

I was out swimming at the pond in district 4. Reaping day is tomorrow, and I am so scared. I have already gone through 5 of them (That would make me 17 years old) I shouldn't be that nervous, but my name has been put in 30 times. That is why I am swimming. It gets my mind off of things.

When I'm was done, I dried myself off and went back home and slept.

My mom woke me up to get ready for the Reaping. Once I was done, I hugged my mom and went. It didn't take that long for me to get there and stand where I needed to. Now we were all standing there waiting. Finally Avea came to the mic and started to speak. She had purple straight hair with one side of her hair shaved and the other side was really long.

"Welcome everybody, Happy hunger games, and may the odds be ever in your favor. Now let's pick the girl and boy who will be representing district 4 in the 76 annual hunger games. As always ladies first."

Avea went to the bowl and picked a peace if paper. She went up to the mic and said the name on the paper.

"Mea Waters"

She walked up there with tears in her eyes. I felt so bad for her.

"And now for the male tribute."

She went over and picked a name out of the bowl. My heart was racing.Then she said the name.

"Daniel Howell"

Oh no. She said it. I can't believe it. I walk to the stage and then she finishes.

"Here are this year tributes for district 4 for the 76 annual Hunger Games."

Avea takes us to the train immediately. Last year they changed the rules and now your parents can't come and say bye to you. When me and Mea got in the train, we were speechless. It was beautiful. The seats were bright blue and there was so much food on the table.

"You can eat as much food as you like." Avea said.

Mea and I walk over to the table and we both get a turkey leg, and we both scarf it down.

"Now let me show you your rooms for the night."

When I got there, I was speechless. My room was so beautiful. It had a huge tv and a gigantic bed. When I was done looking all of the things in my room, I decided to sleep. This was going to be a long 2 weeks.
