A loud banging awoke Olivia in the early hours of the morning. The tree's outside groaned and creaked as the heavy wind tossed them about.

She crept out to the living area and jumped as the loud bang came from the front door. She opened the door and was immediately greeted with a forceful gust of wind. The screen door pulled back then slammed forward against the jams, banging loud enough to make her wince.

It was still dark outside and the emerging sun was shrouded by ominous grey clouds.

Olivia pulled the screen door closed, secured it, and locked it.

She showered and quickly did her makeup and hair. She knew she had the option of wearing Kate's casual clothes, but she wanted to look nice for Travis. She chose her Marc Jacobs wrap-dress and Loubtoutin pumps.

The wind whipped about her face as she ran across the lawn to Travis's house. Olivia placed her hands on either side of her head to stop the wind from tousling her hair about as she had spent quite a considerable time blow-drying it straight.

She knocked on the door and stared out at the farm. Everything looked dull as though it were behind a screen that sucked all of the life and colour out of it.

Travis opened the door and smiled. He was dressed in his jeans and was still in the process of pulling his shirt on. "I was just coming over to see you. Come in before you get blown away." He stepped to the side and held the door open.

Olivia walked inside and he closed the door.

"You'll never guess who just called me," Travis said.

An icy chill ran down her spine. "Who?"

"That officer from Denham police station. Says someone handed in your phone and wallet."

"What? Really?" Olivia's mouth dropped open.

Travis nodded. "Yeah. They were found at a service station. No cash in the wallet, of course, but I think he said there were still a few cards in there, and your ID."

"Oh that is excellent news. Can I pick them up?"

Travis nodded and walked into the kitchen, Olivia followed him. "Danny called me earlier and said there's a tree down on one of the fences, so I need to tend to that, but you can take my car. Keys are on the front table."

"Thank you so much," Olivia said.

"You do know how to drive, don't you?"

She nodded. "Yeah, I have my license. Haven't driven in a while, but I'm sure I'll manage."

"And you know how to get to Denham?"

"Yeah. I'll be right."

"You sure?"

She laughed. "Are you worried about me or something?"

"It's pretty windy out there. Maybe you should wait until I've finished work for the day and I can drive you."

"Travis, I'm a big girl. I can handle it."

He ran his hand over his chin. "Alright. But take it easy. If the weather gets worse, turn around and come back." He slid his arm around her waist and pulled her against him. "I'm serious. I don't want anything to happen to you."

"Aww that's sweet," Olivia said with a smile.

He leaned down and kissed her then cleared his throat. "Would you be interested in coming to a wedding with me next week?"

Olivia remained calm but on the inside she was rejoicing. He not only loved her, but wanted her to stick around, and wanted her to be a part of his life. She nodded.
