Housewarming party

Courtney's POV:

I woke up to a bed that was a void of another person I looked around the room to find Duncan but he wasn't there.

I shrugged off the slight disappointment and rolled out of bed and smelt blueberry waffles.

I put on one of Duncan's shirts, brushed my teeth, and walked into the kitchen to see Duncan washing the dirty dishes.

He looked up and smiled "morning beautiful".

I yawned and walked into the kitchen "good morning" I said as I kissed his cheek.

He grabbed our plates and set them on the table as he poured orange juice into our glasses.

We sat down and I tore into my waffle causing him to snicker.

"Why don't we throw a little housewarming party?" Duncan smirked.

"You are not going to trash this place!" I screeched causing him to roll his eyes.

"We can just invite Trent, Gwen, bridge, and Geoff" he shrugged.

"Fine but don't do anything stupid" I said narrowing my eyes at him.

"There might be some alcohol involved though" he smirked.

"Fine but don't get wasted" I rolled my eyes.

"The only thing I'll ask for is some champagne" I smirked.

"I remember when you told me it's your favorite because your mom let you try it once on New Year's Eve" he smiled.

"Yeah, plus I doubt Gwen would want to get drunk" i snickered.

"Gwens the most sober person I know" he smirked.

"You wouldnt want to see Geoff when he's drunk" he smirked.

"If he breaks anything I'm gonna kick his ass out" I smirked causing him to laugh.

"He won't he's just a party animal" he said as he stood up and grabbed my dirty plate and his own.

"Who's gonna buy the alcohol?" I questioned helping him with the dishes.

"Geoffs brother hooks him up with the best drinks" he smirked.

"Okay I'll call the girls" I said as I kissed his cheek.

I walked back to our bedroom and unplugged my phone and called Bridgette and Gwen.

I walked into our closet and put on an white sweatshirt, black yoga pants, and white converses.

I went into the bathroom and did my makeup, put in my pearl earrings, and kept my hair to my shoulders.

I walked out to see Duncan sitting on the couch on his phone talking to Geoff.

I sat beside him and laid my head on his shoulder causing him to pull me closer to him.

Once he got off the phone with Geoff he looked down at me and smirked.

"Geoff and Trent are coming, have any luck with the girls?" He smirked playing with my hair.

"Yeah Bridgette and Gwen are coming too" I said as I snuggled against his chest.

He turned the tv on and changed the channel to a monster truck show, he smirked at my glare.

"Do you honestly think I would want to watch a monster truck show?" I narrowed my eyes at him.

"Would you rather watch me?" He said as he pinned me to the couch.

I smirked "Neanderthals aren't that entertaining".
