Ch. 14

Y/n POV

Sun invited me to hangout with him, Neptune, Ren, and Jaune to go clothes shopping for a dance coming up and I agreed... I'm starting to wish I didn't...

Sun:"Aw yeah! We're like the new boys on the block!" He said jumping for joy

Neptune:"Yeah!"

Y/n:"Please stop saying that..."

Sun:"Oh come on Y/n lighten up a bit! You're always so moody like Blake."

Y/n:"Yeah yeah... let's just get this over with..."

We all started to make our way towards the tailor and as we entered the tailor saw us and walked toward us

Tailor:"Hello Gentlemen how may I help? Perhaps with a tux?"

Y/n:"That's why were here..." I said under my breath

Sun:"Don't be rude!" He exclaimed "Uhh yeah we're here to rent tuxedos!" He said turning back to the tailor

Tailor:"Splendid! For starters how about we take your measurements? Hehe sorry I get a kick out of saying that"

Y/n:"Oh this is gonna be a long day..."

The tailor grabbed a measuring tape and walk to me first and told me to lift my arms. I kinda didn't get the idea so I lifted my arms where my hands were pointing to the ceiling in which the tailor looked at me confused. I could hear the other two laugh at me while the tailor corrected my arms and began to measure my arm and waist which I'll admit was very awkward... Sun and Neptune got their sizes and we got the right sizes for our tuxes so they asked to go to the dressing room and try it on to see if they needed to fix anything

Sun and Neptune finished their fitting and already got back dressed I took longer because I didn't know how to tie the tie so I walked out with it in my hand

Y/n:"I need help..."

Sun:"You know it's a clip on... right?" I sighed in agitation as I figure out how to clip it

Y/n:"I'm...not used to this kinda stuff okay?" I said my voice shaking

Sun:"Alright man calm down here let me see" He walks over and I hand him the tie he shows me how it works" There that should be fine"

Y/n:"Thanks, being in the woods for you entire life makes things interesting yet difficult..."

I changed back into my normal clothes again and we payed the tailor for the tuxes and left. While walking I brought up that we should eat something before we headed back to the academy and they agreed so I followed them to a restaurant they know and got a table ordered food and we talked for a bit

Sun:"So Y/n, real question. Who you gotta thing for?"

Y/n:"I don't like relationships so I don't gotta 'thing' for anyone" I quickly shot down Suns question which caused him to retort

Sun:"WHAAT? Cmon there's gotta be someone you have feelings for?"

Y/n:"Nope"

Neptune:"Not a single soul?"

Y/n:"Nah I just never really had an interest for romance "

Sun:"That's sad. Really sad"

Y/n:"Ehh I don't care I'm comfortable being alone it's how I was raised"

Neptune:"I don't think anyone could be sane enough to be alone all their life"

Y/n:"Who said I was?" I said with a cold tone. The table goes silent with my comment until it was broken with the waitress dropping off our food. Now I'm starting to think that I've made a mistake joining them... better yet joining Beacon...

TimeSkip

I said goodbye to Sun and Neptune and went back to my dorm and laid on my bed staring at the ceiling thinking. A knock at the door broke the silence and I get up to see who it is

Y/n:"Who's is it"

Yang:"It's me Y/n"

Y/n:"Hold on"I opened the door slightly and poke my head out "Yes?"

Yang:"Well hey there Robin Hood how are ya?"

Y/n:"Fine, what do you want?"

Yang:"The gang and I were gonna go do something's and we thought to bring you along you down?"

Y/n:"No, thank you though but I had enough interaction today but I appreciate"

Yang:"Laaaame" she was about to leave until she hand me something "Whoops almost forgot, I got you something, well it's Blake's gift to you but ehh"

Y/n"What is it?" She dropped it into my hand and I inspected it. It was a pendant with the head of a wolf with one of its eyes has a scar over the eye on it "A pendant?"

Yang:"Huh thought is was a fox" She commented

Y/n:"Well whatever it is, tell Blake I said thank you"

Yang:"Will do!" She waved goodbye as I closed the door and I laid back on my bed inspecting the pendant

Y/n:"Well aren't you a handsome devil... dog... dear god I'm losing it..."

I've had a lot of things to deal with and luckily I'm get passed said things and hopefully I can get back into this story
