Chapter 12

Ryder's Pov

   I felt happy when she said she has accepted. I know the only thing left now is for me to win her heart in which am going to do. Emily Leah Luciano just wait and see, you will love me in time and I promise you that.

   "You have to win her heart before the wedding because I wouldn't want my baby girl to be in a loveless marriage even though there's nothing we can do to stop the wedding. I still want to try my best for her" David said "this will be fucking hard. I mean she is one strong-headed girl" my mum said.

   Emily is different from other girls which makes this whole thing more frustrating. I don't know what to do. "I heard she has feelings for this one boy called Jaden" I felt sick when she mentioned that boy name. What does she see in him that I don't have. "Don't worry just try your best and she isn't getting married to Jaden but you. So that means she is yours" dad said.

   "When are we going to announce the wedding to the public?" I asked them "we should announce this in 2days time which is Sunday" David said "okay sir, thank you very much" "there's no need to thank me because I know you are good for my daughter" I smiled at that. "That girl looks scary when she's mad" mum said "you can say that again she's just like her grandfather. I nearly pee on my pants when she was here" dad said and everyone laughed at that.

   After discussing the wedding plans, the announcement to the public, I and my parent left the Luciano's place and headed home but I didn't go home straight. I went directly to the club because her mum told me that whenever Emily wants to relieve stress she goes to the club to fight. So am on my way to the club to see her fight live. Have only watched her fights on web.

Emily's Pov

   I already called Eric on my way to fix me up for as many fight that was on because I know 1 fight won't be able to relieve me of my stress. Immediately I got to the club, I went to my quarters to change and get ready. "You should come out now, your name will soon be called" Eric said "how many and who am I fighting?" I asked him "you have 3 fight, the first girl from Boston, she is the best fighter there. The second guy is from South Africa and he is the best fighter there as of now then the last guy is from Italy. He was sent here  by your grandfather, he wants to see how good you are because that guy is his best fighter".

    I smiled at that because none of them   of the first two can beat me but I wouldn't underestimate the guy from my grandpa. My grandpa was the one who train me and for him to call this so called guy is best fighter. It means the guy must be good. "Let's go, your name has just been called". Then I heard my name 'dragon' 'dragon' 'dragon'. I always feel happy and complete whenever I hear my name in the ring.

   The first girl, I fought was good but she still has alot to learn, she tapped out herself. The second guy was a little better than the girl but he has an ego. He thinks he can beat me because he is huge and tall, so I had to knock him out. Am now about to fight my grandpa's best fighter. He made the first move by giving me a punch in my ribs. What the fuck! "Bitch so you think you can beat me" he said "now you just made a mistake. Incase you haven't heard I hate when people disrespect me, the only person who can disrespect me and I wouldn't bother is mafia king de la Cruz" he smirked "bring it on then ". Am sure this guy has prepared his funeral before coming here.

  He threw a punch at my face which I dodged easily. I on the other hand took this is an opportunity to send a flurry of punches to his face. He managed to dodge a few but not all and once he did get were enough for him to stumble. After I saw him stumble, I saw this as an opportunity to send a kick to the back of his knee which caused him to fall. I didn't want him to recover his balance, so I threw a punch to his face which knocked him unconscious.

  I was announced the winner. The guy was good, I wouldn't lie on that but what did I expect he was grandfather's best fighter. I went back to my quarters to meet my friends after collecting my money.

Jaden's Pov

   Emily entered into room and everyone was happy because of the way she fought the last guy. The way she fought that guy was a total turn on for me. I don't know how to tell her about my feelings. That guy was good, if I was the one fought that guy I would have been unconscious from the first punch he gave her at first. "Girl you fucking hit that guy" Nick said "I really pity the guy" Jordan said "i was in a very bad mood" Emily said "what happened?" Jane asked "am sure it's her mum again" Kyle comment "am getting married" Emily said.

   Did she just say what I heard now. She is fucking getting married, the love of my life is getting married. No it can't be possible maybe it's one of her jokes again. "You are what?" Tania asked "am getting married in 2months time" she said "who is this guy and why didn't you inform us about your relationship from the start?" Charlotte asked "it's an arranged marriage fixed by mafia king De la Cruz" Emily said.

   The mafia king fixed this marriage. This means it's happening whether she likes it or not. I should have told her about my feelings maybe all this wouldn't have happened. "Why are you getting married so soon?" Jake asked "so we can take over the companies together that is De la Cruz, Luciano and Pierce group of companies" she did she just mentioned Pierce group of company. Is it possible she is getting married to Ryder.

   "Wait did just say Pierce group of companies?" Zack asked "yeah my mom was supposed to get married to Ryder's dad but both of them didn't love each other, so when mom was away on a mission, she met my dad. She fell in love with him and ran away with him" Emily said "but what does that has to do with you getting married?" John asked "the marriage has been transferred to the next generation, so that means am getting married to Ryder" Emily answered.

   That motherfucker thinks he can take Emily away from me just the way he took Brittany away. I won't allow it. "That means you are the lucky girl he has been talking about" Eric said "girl you are lucky to have a guy who loves you so much like that" Tania said "congratulations girl" Jane said "did you accept to get married to him?" I asked her "i can't disobey my grandfather so I accepted and we are moving in together next week" after she said that statement, I was mad at her. I mean how can she accept to get married to that fool. I stood up and I left the room cause I can't sit there and listen to whatever they are saying.
