Chapter 18

Ryder's Pov
   
    For the past weeks, I and Emily friendship had blossom which I am very happy about. "Emily we will get to school late" she is still in the room dressing up "am coming" and she came out from her room.

   "Will you close your mouth" my mouth was wide open because she looks lovely in the jean and crop top she was putting on. "Damn girl you look lovely" "don't I always look lovely?" "You always, my dear that's why I love you" and there was silence between us. I know she likes me the word love is far from it.

   "Can we leave now?" She asked "yea let's move now" we went to the garage together "let's take our motorcycle today" she suggested "okay and let's race to school". We climb our motorcycles and raced to school.

Emily's Pov

   I was already becoming closer to Ryder and I don't know how I feel about him anymore. He sleeps with me on the bed because of my nightmare. Since he has been sleeping with me on the bed, I have stopped having nightmares. My likeness to Ryder is becoming something else and am scared of what it might be. I will only love one person and that is the only person I will love forever.

   I got to school before Ryder which means I won the race. Ryder also joined me some 2 minutes after. "You cheated" he said pouting "come on tell me how I cheated" I smirked "don't worry I will still catch you red handed one day" "you just don't want to admit that I beat you but wait have you forgotten you are going in a competition with the dragon" "I always forget but don't worry with a lot of practice I will also whoop your ass" i stuck out my tongue mocking him "lets go inside". We met our friends by the entrance, we greeted each other and went to the class room.

   It was lunch time already, so I went to the cafeteria to meet my friends. I bought my food and went to our usual table to meet my friends. As we were eating and discussing, the girls were teasing me about the way I and Ryder were acting. They said we do act like a lovely couple which makes me blush. "Oh Gosh! Emily is blushing, I never knew a day like this would come" jane said "can we just go out somewhere, I don't want the guys to listen to this conversation" I told them and they agreed. "We are going to the restroom for some ladies stuff, so we would see you guys later" I informed the boys and they made up a face of 'Ewew' which made I and the girls burst into laughter.

   By the time we get to the restroom, the girls were blowing up different questions at me which makes my cheeks becomes more redder "like seriously the almighty dragon is blushing all because of Ryder" Kyle said between her giggles. "I don't know I feel like am betraying Britt" "Britt wouldn't want you to remain single, you loves you so much. She would want you to move forward" Tania said "but I don't want to give up the love I have for Britt up like that" "you don't have to forget her. She would always be in your heart, you would always love her but at least create a space for Ryder in that little heart of yours" Tania said.

  I think have made up my mind already because I would be lying if I say a little part of me doesn't want to be with Ryder or even love him. He has been with me in everything that I have been going through lately, he's a great guy. "You had better make this guy yours fast before some crazy bitch takes him away from you married or not" Jane said "I know you can't resist that fucking abs, I mean the guy has eight pacs for crying out loud" Charlotte said giggling.

    "So how do I go about it, I mean to get closer to him?" "Since you guys sleep together on the bed as of now, you should continue and also make him your cuddling pillow because I know you like cuddling and also become sweet to him and flirt more. We all know you as a seductress" Kyle said "so you should start up your plan, okay" Tania said and I nodded.

Ryder's Pov

   The guys started to disturb me immediately the girl left. "How close are you two now?" Ace asked "I think we are on still on the friend zone area" I replied "are you blind or what even if you are blind are you dumb?" Eric asked "I don't get you" "can't you see the way she looks at you, she's bringing herself to love you" Jake said "she's not bringing herself to love you but she already loves you and even she herself does not know that" Jace said "so you have to show her that she loves you and you are the perfect man for her" Jaden said "thanks guys" "why don't you take her on a date" Aiden suggested "I think that would be perfect" Damien said "don't worry we would set up the place for you and make sure you ask her to give your relationship a chance" Zack said "thanks once again guys, I really appreciate it"

Jordan Pov

   We are trying to help the married couple. Emily loves Ryder but she doesn't see it or she doesn't want to accept it. So I and the guys are planning on bringing them closer to each other.

    I mean we all know how much she loves Brittany but she's dead and not coming back so she should just move on but with the way we are seeing things if we don't push them, they might remain on the friend zone area for a very long time.

    We don't want it to get too late for Emily to realise she loves Ryder even though we know that Ryder loves her and cannot cheat on her but anything can happen so we want to avoid that from happening.
