a bound necklace is something that only GCA students/teachers/workers wear,  it stops GCA dragons from being able to say anything about GCA,  they can't write about GCA to dragons who aren't wearing one,  and they can't go in if there are any dragons near who don't have one.  Only the principle can take them of and put them on.  Only GCA dragons can see the entrance.  It also stops it's wearer from casting spells if they are an animus and makes any attacks from the students to the workers useless.  If you wish to stop being a GCA dragon,  then you're bound necklace will be taken of by the principal and you will be told to put on a need necklace.  A need necklace is something that when worn,  it makes a GCA dragon forget the academy existed,  they try to not be mean to slaves,  they think if they take it off they will die,  and only they can take it off.  See next chapter for more information.
