Chapter 16

(Perseus P.O.V)

The house was filled with people. Several underage high schoolers chugging alcohol religiously as music blared from speakers. Lysander was flirting with a chick while Kato was making out with some girl pressed against the tree.

Calliope was chatting it up with a group of girls. I'm pretty sure Jeremy and William are making out inside on the couch. Cassandra was chilling by the bonfire enjoying a hotdog.

And I was just sitting alone. Part if me was upset that I was alone. Another part was ecstatic that I had my family back.

I sighed as I tugged out my cellphone. I clicked on a game and played it for a bit before I was rudely interrupted.

"So I hear you want peace. Everything to be sunshine and rainbows" a man sarcastically scoffed.

I didn't look up from my phone as I rolled my eyes. "Damon. Believe it or not. It's your choice. Just honor it or else"

He scoffed as he came fave to fave with me. "You see threatning me isn't very smart. I might have to retaliate."

At that I stood up and got in his face. "And what are you gonna do Damon? Your wrapped up in your own little drama. Pining for a girl who's still in love with your brother."

His smirk disappeared as he punched me in the gut knocking me to the ground. He placed his boot on my throat grinding his heel into it. "I could end your miserable existence. Not so powerful without your witchy mojo are ya"

I clawed At his boot trying to get a word or any sound out but I couldn't.

"Damon knock it off before you cause something worse to happen" I heard Stefan before I saw him stand beside Damon.

"Gentleman" Lysander hissed.
"I though we agreed to play nice with eachother"

Damon rolled his eyes. "Where's the fun in that thou?"

Lysander raised a brow before sighing.
"Release my brother or Suffer the consequences"

Damon actually scoffed as he pressed harder. "You look good for somebody whose supposed to be dead"

Lysander raised a brow before turning to Stefan. "Control your brother or I'll kill him. The choice is yours"

"All these threats" Damon started

"Let him go Damon" Stefan pleaded

"I don't do well with threats" Damon hissed before pulling his foot off before in the blink of an air jamming his hand into my chest and clutching my heart.

I gasped as Lysander growled opening his mouth before Damon cut him off. "I'll rip his heart out before you can blink"

Lysander growled lowly before he gritted his teeth. "What do you want"

"All of you gone, I got enought drama I don't need anymore" Damon ordered.

Tense seconds went by before Lysander met my eye. Something passed between us. Before he glared at Damon.

"No. To many times have we been forced to obey Vampires, Witches or someone else. Let my brother go. Or you will have war" Lysander ordered.

Damon chuckled Dryly before looking at Stefan and Shrugging.

I could feel and hear every beat of my heart as it pitter patterned in Damon's hand.

"Guess it's war"

"NOOOO!" Stefan yelled as he tried to pull Damon off. He was too late as Damon ripped it out.

(Lysanders P.O.V)

I watched my little brothers heartbeat ripped out of his chest. The vampires that did it ran off before I could utter a word. I was in shock as I screamed and cried. The sky hearing my weeping as it darkened. My siblings all heard my screams and came running.

"Oh my good. Percy" the girls cried as Cassandra took his head in her arms.

Kato and William wiped tears from their eyes as they all looked at me as the sky cracked open and it began to rain heavily.

"Burn this wretched town to the ground just as we did to Pompeii. Every Vampire Slaughter, Every Friend or Witch of theirs Torture. This is war!" I snarled as I stormed into the house.
