Chapter 2

Maybe I should've said something smart like Why should I believe you? Everyone could get me with that sentence at the moment. But the boy already went in my room without even asking me or something. He turns around and examines it. 'Not really big. So I'm doing you a favor.'

My eyes widen. 'What? You are not even allowed to be in here! And what do you know about my parents? And why should you know something about them I don't know?'

He sighs heavy. 'That's gonna be a lot work.'

If it's even possible, my eyes widen a little more. Okay, Ignia. Don't scream. Be sarcastic. Be cool.

'Could you please tell me what the-' I clear my throat. 'What you mean?'

He's got that dirty smile on his face again. 'First of all, I'm 14 years old, so you can talk to me in a normal way.

My name is Jake. I am one of the 'Others'. You don't know what I mean right? Okay. I can control fire.' The last sentence he said like he was talking to a 3-year-old.

First I don't know how to react.

He held his hand directly before my face. A fire was burning over his hand.

'Okay. Fire, Water, Air and earth. Some people in the world can control one of them. I'm one of those who control fire. But there are also people who think they're better than normal people. You know, those who can't control any of the elements and also don't know there are people who can. Most of them are earth-controler. They think the Medallion of elements exists. Your parents knew where it was, and they were also the only ones to know that. They tried to get the information, but your parents were clever. They hid. But they didn't tell you anything about the elements, what was not so clever. Now we, the other element-controlers have to find the Medallion of Elements before them. Because it makes you master of all elements, like the name already sais.'

'Okay.' I don't know what else to say.

He takes my hand.

But not in a romantic way, as I first thought, he took it to pull me to the window.

'Go throug there and jump. The corridor is burning.'

'What?!'

'I did it to get away the people. Now jump.'

I did it. Kinda crazy right? Guess I didn't really think about it.

I land very hard, but at least on my feet. He lands right next to me and takes my hand. He pulls me in a black car.

Maybe it was a bad idea to go in that car, but who would've scolded me?
