They decided to make the wedding small and simple. Neither of them particularly liked big extravagant weddings. Brooke looked beautiful in her dress but John knew she would. This was Brooke after all, to John even if she were to wear a garbage bag she'd look beautiful. When she walked down the aisle in her dress she truly looked like a princess in that white wedding dress. They both decided to write their own vows. John went first "Brooke you make me so happy and you've made me a better man. You are my life, my universe and my everything. When I look at you all my problems melt away and are replaced by your love. My love for you will only grow Brooke. Meeting you in that bookstore was the best thing to ever happen to me. I will love and cherish every moment you let me love you. I am so excited to spend my life with you. I love you and I will always love you."
Tears streamed down Brooke's face
"My speech isn't nearly as good as yours." Brooke joked
Brooke sniffled and read hers
"John you make my life so much easier. I know you'll be by my side forever and knowing that makes me happy. I will never forget every day I spent falling in love with you. You make me feel normal which is all I've ever wanted I never expected to fall in love but I did. I love being with you. You made me believe in love again. I love you and that won't change no matter what."
"It's also shorter but I was having trouble writing all the reasons why I love you" Brooke said with a smile.
After the ceremony they danced all night with family and friends and got on their plane to Japan for their honeymoon. John looked at his new wife and smiled at her. She had fallen asleep and John moved the hair out of her face and kissed her on her forehead
"Thanks for marrying me." He whispered to his sleeping bride
