Three months went by without any incident regarding the curse. Allot of the wood elves came out of the forest and became part of the town, as much as they can. The king of the elves shared his name with us a couple days after the wood elves starting to migrate into town, his name is Caunwaithon. We started to see more and more orcs gathering were the elves were living. Once in a great while one or two would come to town and buy and sell goods. Some are up for mercenary hire and some are against the fact of multiple intelligent species, such as elves and humans living together in one town. The tribe of orcs that is the largest and strongest in the woods is Dragoona Tribe. They are known for hunting and killing extremely large drakes and them a rumored to kill a dragon that could destroy the kingdom. Like all rumors it was not true at all. I've never met the leader of the tribe but I've seen him. He is the biggest and strongest orc that I've ever seen. He wields a massive double sided axe and wears only traditional orc armor. His name is still unknown to me and the rest of the humans and elves.

Life in the small town, that is continually growing now, hasn't changed much but we still don't have a leader for the town. There has been allot of fighting and arguing over the leadership. Some people think that the elven king should rule and some say that a human leader should rule. Not everyone likes being spoken for by a different race, so they think that both human and elves should rule together as one, but they are few in number and can't persuade the other two sides to see it the same way. Me, I like the idea of a leader for each race. That way no one can say they aren't being spoken for. I don't say anything about the leadership problem because I was always going on patrol on my own. Yeah it's a dumb thing to do but I have to clear my head with doing the patrols alone.

One day the leader of the orcs decided to walk in town and declare that the town was his to calm and will kill anyone who thinks otherwise. Well, that didn't sit well with everyone. The town's people kept yelling that the men and elf that saved the town will take him down and kill all orcs who live in the forest. Well I had the worst luck because I was walking by when he was yelling that and decided to charge me. I have no clue how but I ended up dodging it without even knowing what was going on. "Are you ok?" I asked the Orc leader.

"No one makes me fall on my face!!!" He yelled in my face.

"We'll maybe don't run and try to tackle random people than," I said sarcastically, "and maybe than you might not fall on your face so much."

I started to walk away and he just decided that maybe he is going to bite off more than he can chew so he just got up and asked for my name. I stopped and looked at him and told him my name.

"So you're the one that the people call the child of death?" He said.

"Yeah, I'm called that by my friend and my comrades. What does it matter to you?" I replayed to him.

"Sometimes the names we get aren't chosen by us or our friends. They are given to use by the gods or even the titans." He started to lecture about how some of us get names from the gods or the titans who are so hard to find you are luckier to find a way to get the power back to earth.

"We'll it's just a nickname I was given because of the scythe I use to fight with. By the way what's your name?" I asked him

"My name is Promus, I am the chieftain of the orcs in the woods." He replied very politely.

"I never noticed this until now, but you're a very well-spoken Orc." I said without even talking to other orcs.

"We'll you must not talk to orcs allot, because we are similar to elves just with a more monstrous look. So do not as you say judge me by my cover." He said.
