Chapter 1: Mr. Popular

A/N- so I know I said in my other book 'What if...' that I had a new story and the plot was on their too, but sadly it just didnt work out. I didnt know where I was going with it, so I came up with this one, some of the parts in this are all of my other Dana fan fic ideas squashed into one... so I hope you like this one. :D here we go....

Lexi's POV 

“Lexi sweety, come down, you’re gonna be late for school!” my mom shouts from downstairs. “yeah mom I’ll be there in a few” I say back while brushing my hair.

Today is my first day at my dream school, called Kingston High, and it is a performing arts school that almost all of the most talented and richest people go to. I’ve always wanted to go there but it was very expensive, me and my mom couldn’t afford it, but I got accepted through a full scholarship. I am very into music, music is my life! I sing and dance, and play 7 instruments. I am very excited to go, its just that there is this one person there who just annoys me. So. Much. 

I ran downstairs to see my beautiful mamma looking at herself in the mirror. And I ain't lieing about my mom being beautiful, she really is. She looks young for her age, she has long pinned straight brunette hair, dark brown eyes, she is a slender woman who is quite tall. I will never be as pretty as her she looks like a fashion model. I have really dark brown hair that is really curly, although I do like my curls, I would say I do have a body shape, I have acceptable boobs and an ass to go with it, and I am quite small for my age, I’m 16 by the way. I run to my mom and hug her tightly. It has just been me and her since I was 10 years old, since my dad left us, I always had a feeling that he was one of those bad boy player types but since it was my dad I never believed it until I saw him cheating on my mom, so yeah…. 

“oh babe, you look beautiful in your school uniform!” she said, looking at me. My school uniform was pretty awesome to be honest, it was a cream-ish coloured skirt which stopped at mid thigh, a white blouse and a red blazer, black knee high socks with my black school shoes which had a heel on them. I smiled at my mom “thank you mom, and so do you, like always” I say and she hugs me “thanks sweety, come on” she says and we both get into the car. “So… are you excited for school?” she asks while driving, I kind of gave her an unsure look “well….” I said dragging out the word “yes I am, because this is my dream school, but there is a person there who I can't stand!” I say, my words getting louder and had a hint of anger in it. “Oh. Dana” my mom says “yes! I cant stand him mom, he is cocky, a player, self centred, conceited ugh I cant even explain it, he’s just a brat, imagine how many girls that guy has slept with, such a jerk!” I say angrily and my mom gives me a small smirk “oh Lexi, lighten up, Dana is such a sweet boy” when the words came out of her mouth, I looked at her with one eyebrow raised “what? I thought that by now, you two would be going out or something.” she says, and I froze.

Okay, me and Dana have known each other since we were 4 and even back then he was a cocky, self centred playing bad boy, and I never liked him, he always thought he was better then everybody else. I kinda had no choice but to put up with him, since his mom and my mom are best friends since like middle school. Every time I went to his house or he went to mine, he would always do something to piss me off, and he used to pull so many pranks on me. And I recon he is going to be twice as cocky now, since I have to admit he is pretty hot, when I saw him 2 weeks ago, but ewww, I would never in my whole life ever like a guy like that. “If you knew him like I know him, you would take everything you have just said back” I tell my mom, while she pulls up in front of my school. “oh Alexis, just try and deal with him then, I bet you he wont bug you at school, just enjoy, you have been wanting to go to this school for years and now you are. Just think that after finishing school here, you will never have to see him ever again” my mom said. She had a point.
