Mackenzie POV;

I groan as stretch lightly on the bed and turn to see if Johnny is still there but his not.I frown.

I get up yawning and walk lazily to the window to check the weather.The sun is out and the sky is bright.No evidence of yesterday's storm.

Because it's Saturday I only brush my teeth and wash my face and then go downstairs.

For the first time that week everyone is sitting at the table,including Johnny.Mom jumps up and come over to me.

"Ohh kenzie boo,how are you?"

I smile."I'm fine mom,I promise"

"I'm sorry I wasn't here yesterday and I didn't have my phone,by the time I came back you were already gone to school"

"Really mom,it wasn't that bad,and Johnny took care of me"I glance over at him and his gaze is fixed on the bowl of cereal in front of him.

In the month that Johnny has been here,my mom had grown to love him.he was like the son she never had.

"Thank you Johnny boy"she goes back to the table and ruffle Johnny's messy bed hair.

"Sit down kenzie"mom says when I stay glued to my place in the entrance of the kitchen.

I sit next to dad."it's going to be okay,kiddo"he pats my head.I smile at the fact that he isn't asking me if I'm okay.I was getting tired of the line.

"Maddie will be back by Monday,I have to go and speak to Jill and holly about a few thing so I'm going to need you to fetch her from the airport, Greg."Mom says.

"Sure,darling.anything else?"

"No thanks"

Maddie had her own clothing line and she was in the acting Industry so she travelled a lot.
She was currently in New York.

I eat.Mom and Dad smiles happily.Johnny hides a grin,but I notice.

"I got the horses in the back.."

Johnny and Hayden are fooling around in Johnny's room.Singing and laughing,and I'm quite surprised by their voices even though I knew Johnny could sing.

I get up from my homework and decide to go over to them,When I'm outside Johnny's room his door is creaked slightly open so I peep in.Johnny and Hayden and both dancing on the bed which causes me to chuckle quietly.

"Cool dance moves"I smirk and when they both fall off the bed because of shock I start laughing.
Their faces burn red with embarrassment of being caught.

Hayden is the first to recover,"Hey Ziegler"He comes over to give me a hug and I giggle in return.

I look over to Johnny and he smiles slightly.

"Join us?"he says.

Unable to say anything I just nod and Hayden laughs mumbling something along the lines of 'sexual tension' and pulls me further into the room.
