"I'll get what she's getting, but minus the coke"
I decided to look up towards where the voice had come from. My eyes were suddenly met with beautiful piercing green ones. As I stare deeply into the man's emerald depths I feel a bolt of energy run down my spine causing me to shiver in response. Those eyes seemed so familiar. I take in the rest of his appearance- his hair is jet black teased and hung slightly over his eyes, his arms are muscular and are attached to a perfectly muscular body that was currently covered in leather. My eyes drifted back to his beautiful green eyes, that's when it hit me. Those eyes belonged to only one man. The one man I've been dreaming of meeting my whole life....
I couldn't believe my eyes. Nikki fucking Sixx was standing right in front of me in all his glory. I discreetly pinch myself to make sure this wasn't some sick joke my drunk mind was playing on me.
"H...hi I'm Aubrey, and this is my friend Alex, we're really big fans of Motley Crue" I stuttered out and mentally slap myself for sounding so stupid.
Nikki smiled at my obvious nervousness causing me to blush in response.
"You're Nikki Sixx, right?" I questioned him, even though I knew exactly who he was, but I didn't want to come off as some obsessed fan.
"Yes that's me " he said proudly as his lips formed into a smirk.
Holy shit his voice is so beautiful I thought to myself.
"Never had anyone say that to me before" he laughed, which snapped me out of my thoughts.
"Say what?" I ask in confusion
"That my voice is beautiful" he smiled back at me
Oh fuck. I must that out aloud. Oh my god that's so embarrassing, he must think I'm some sort of freak.
I look down at my lap and felt my face heat up. This cant be happening to me....
I notice the bartender place our drinks in front of us. I turned and thanked him as I handed him the money. The bartender smiled down at me nodded and then walked away. I skull my drink hoping that it would give me some confidence. Especially when it came to talking to the one man that made me weak at the knees.
I feel Nikki move closer to where I was seated and notice him reach out for the tumbler of straight whisky, and I watch in awe as he downs the amber liquid in one swift motion. I giggle out loud as his actions reminded me of the scene in the Dirt where his character had downed a small bottle of Jack Daniels in a Diner.
Nikki looks down at me with amusement,
"What's so funny" he questioned me
I halted my laughter, realising he was talking to me.
"Oh...Uh nothing I just tend to laugh a lot when I'm drunk" I smile up at him obviously not wanting to tell him the real reason behind it, since the movie doesn't exist yet.
I see Alex stare at me clearly shocked that Nikki Sixx was standing right next to us. She mouthed what seemed to be "talk to him" and pointed her finger discreetly at him while winking at me. I flash her a quick smile and turn my attention back to Nikki who I notice was still staring down at me.
"So Aubrey what brings you and your friend to the Whiskey tonight" he questions and flashes me a smile.
"Well mainly just to have a good time and watch your band perform" I smile back up at him.
"Well you've definitely come to the right place then. How would you and your friend like to come back stage with me and meet the rest of the crue"
"Hell fucking yeah" Alex squeals out in excitement as Nikki mentions meeting the rest of the band.
I looked at Alex and felt my eyes go wide, as the thought of meeting the rest of the guys ran through my head. I looked back at Nikki and grinned
"That would be a dream come true"
"Well then ladies follow me"
I feel Alex grab my hand and squeeze it hard. I could tell by her firm grip that she was both excited and nervous.
" I cant believe I'm going to meet Vince fucking Neil" she whisper yells at me as her eyes widen in pure excitement.
" I cant believe it either, we've been waiting for this moment since we were 13" I whisper back at her with a huge grin on my face.
I look up and see Nikki talking to a bouncer who was standing in front of the stairs leading to what looked like backstage. He looks over to Alex and I and motions us to come through. I couldn't help but have a cheerful bounce in my step as I followed Nikki up the stairs. We are lead to an open room where 3 couches were neatly placed around a small table. The smell of weed, cigarettes and alcohol lingered in the air around us. To the right of the room I spotted a corridor which I assumed leads to the dressing rooms. My attention turns back to the 3 deep red couches and spot 3 men with cigarettes grasped between their fingers laughing at one another. It was blatantly obvious that they were drunk and high. I smile and think about how true all the stories were about the rock and roll lifestyle. I see one of the guys with long deep brown hair look up and beam at Nikki. "Hey Sixx, did you bring us some more Jack" the guy asked with a huge grin. I took in his appearance and from his tall lanky stature I could tell instantly that he was Tommy Lee; Mötley Crüe's Drummer. "Sorry Tommy,I got distracted" he smirked looking briefly at me causing me to go pink. " We can pick up some more booze on the way back to the apartment"
"But I did bring us some company" Nikki looks down at Alex and I with a smile. I look from Nikki back to Tommy and notice him looking directly at Alex, clearly liking what he saw.
"Awsome dude"he yelled still not taking his eyes off Alex. "So guys, this is Aubrey and Alex, I met them at the bar and they're both fans of our music" Nikki announced pointing to us. "Audrey and Alex- this is Tommy, Vince and Mick" All 3 boys smiled at us and said hello. "So now that we're all familiar with one another who's ready to party?" Vince yelled out excitedly. All the boys cheered loudly in response. I feel Nikki's gaze focus back on me and I turn to look at him "Would you girls like to join us" he questions, and I notice brief glimmer of hope in his eyes. I could never turn down such an opportunity.
Alex and I both nod quickly speechless that we had just been invited to a party with Mötley Crüe. "Awsome you can ride with us" Nikki grabbed my hand as he led us to the exit. Once again I feel this surge of energy rush through my body. I look back at Alex and she smiles brightly at me, as she walks past and catches up to the rest of the boys, leaving me alone with Nikki.
Oh boy, this is definitely going to be one hell of a night....
