Anaya POV

My name is Anaya Roderick I'm 23 born July 6. Ima a cancer. I'm about like 5'3 yeah I'm pretty sure. My mother is African American and my father is Puerto Rican. Cute little baddie with a slim stomach and thick waist with a fat ass. I have a serious resting bitch face actually that's my natural look every one thinks I'm mean but I'm not well in my opinion I'm a sweet heart.

I'm the only child all my life I been the spoil child yes I lived in the hood in Crenshaw but my parents still made it happened. We face every obstacle together. Well me and my cousin Adam saw everything when growing up we were some bad as kids but good too.

I remember one day playing outside with my friends when a drive by happen after that day I was never ever able to go play outside by myself.

I always been a great student in school honors straight As name it all. High school was lit and all I graduated being #1 it was always a fight between me and Ermias cause he was a smart ass student I remember he built a whole computer with pieces of broken computers.

Ermias was my high school crush he didn't know that only me and my bitch India knew but he had a girlfriend at that time. If he was single I would have been told him maybe we would have been a couple. We were really good friends more like close friends more i could say he is my best friend.

Ermias had my back I had his back but everything stop when we went different ways I was offered a scholarship to study a Ivy League university in New Jersey called Princeton University and I took that opportunity because I wanted better for my self. After that didn't know anything else from Ermias all I knew small things nanny India and my parents would tell me about Ermias.

Graduated with a business degree and minor in fashion. I'm a stylist and designer with my own online boutique I love to sing, act, and design.

Came back to my city to help because I believed in second chances and I wanted to put my city back on the map and that's what I been doing lately I have came a long way.

I seen this lot that was on sale with stores when I was driving to my nanny house who still lives in the hood. My parent moved out the hood when i left to college. When I came back I stood with them but I'm a nanny girl so I decide to move back with my nanny until I found my place.

I was thinking to myself like what a good opportunity to buy it and make into a little shopping center with stores owned by our city members make jobs for people in my city.

I stripped out of my clothes before entering the shower when my nanny walk into the bathroom.

Me:Nanny closed the door baby

Nanny:Sorry baby I had to use the bathroom it look at you sexy self when are you going to find yourself a man wait I know who your long time crush Ermias girl you gotta see him now he's so fine

Me:Shhh nanny that was my childhood crush nanny I don't know anything about Ermias since I left only know certain stuff you know he been fine his whole life nanny

Nanny: Girl I told you he comes by all the time and Samiel too they both come around here and checks up on me he helps the neighborhood kids and the people in like the same way you doing baby girl and he's more handsome than he was like girl like fine asf

Me: Shhh nanny I didn't even know you spoke like that but okay nanny

Nanny: Ima leave you so you can finish doing what you was doing baby

My nanny was something else she was always real with me I learnt a lot with her and I truly loved her. I got into the shower. Got out the shower wrapped the towel around myself and walk into my room I still had at nanny house and sat on the bed wondering what I was gonna wear. Here I was picking up my best friend India call.
