When class was over, we decided to have a hangout... But then, I remember Kaycee.

"Um guys, I think I'll pass."

"Why?" Josh ask.

"It's just once in a while now dude." Will says.

"Yeah.. And besides, I'll be going Hong Kong next week." Julian says.

"I know.. But, Kaycee needs me."

"Whoa! Needs like what!??" Ryan ask with a grin.

"Hey! That's not what I mean!"

Then they start to tease me like Kaycee and I are okay.. Well, I don't want them to know about our fight... I just want that as our personal matters that only I and Kaycee know. But, it turns out that I told Tati because she's not gonna stop if I don't admit that something's wrong.

"Okay dude. Perhaps tomorrow?"

SL, I leave them. When I was on my way to the parking lot, someone called me.

"What now, Gabe?"

"Just wanna. Heck out on Kaycee. I can see she's not with you?"

"What's the matter with that? As far as I'm concern, you do NOT care about our life "

"Well, as far as I KNOW, I was the first before you."

"I love her too."

"Oh really? Then why all of a sudden, she chooses me to hang out with instead of you?"

"Because you were the only one who's there. You think she'll actually want to go with you?"

"Of course. Because there was ME BEFORE YOU-"

"That was a long time ago-"

"You grab the opportunity when I left! Is that what friends do?"

I clench my fist and about to punch him when I remember Kaycee. So, I heaved a breath and back off.

"You know what Gabe? I'm done talking to you-"

"Now what? You're backing out because it's true?.... And let me tell you this one, Sean... If you ever, EVER make her cry again, I'll bring back what was mine.

I gritted my teeth, clench my fist and about to respond when Tati called my attention.

"Sean! Thank God I saw you!"

"Why? What's wrong?"

"It's Kaycee.,..."

Then I start to get nervous. Hearing her name makes me feel goosebumps now.

"What happened?" I ask her.

"She.... She's in the hospital."

We waited... I am tapping my fingers onto the table while sweating cold.
