Anthony was also on the track team. From Florida, he moved to Asbury Park in the middle of their senior year to stay with his mothers brother. His mother died in a car accident, leaving him with no other family. His father left them when he was four years old. Anthony came to Asbury Park with no intention of what unfolds within the next couple years. His only means were to survive. Even though he has his uncle Keith to support him, he didnt exactly like his uncles lifestyle. His uncle was a drug addict and Anthony never knew until he moved in with him. Already depressed and empty from his mothers death, Anthony felt trapped and helpless. He only had one outlet in life and that was his running. One day, after practice, Anthony stayed on the track to jog until the sunset. Abby noticed and decided to stay and spark conversation. The two jogged and talked about everything their young minds could think of. Anthony felt a warmness, a new comfort with Abby. He felt safe and never wanted to lose the feelings she gave him. Abby was infatuated with Anthonys deep mind and sense of humor. They were so attracted to each other. Once the sunset, they said their goodbyes and parted ways.
The school year came and went. It was time for the prom and of course Abby and Anthony were dating. They saved money all school year to make that day special and indeed it was. Not only did they make memories that would last forever captured in a photo on their mantles but they conceived their first and last child. In Febuary, 2007 Abby bore a son and Anthony named him Michael. Anthony couldnt imagine raising his son in two seperate homes so he got a full time job in construction in Holmdel. Abby also wanted her little family to be under one roof so she got a job doing housekeeping at the Marriot. They saved everything they made and got a small one bedroom apartment in Middletown. Anthony then proposed to Abby and they lived a life together they thought was perfect but would soon find out nothing lasts forever.
