Anthony was preparing to speak on behalf of his son and his death. He hoped to make a point and encourage other children, even adults who were being bullied, to speak up. The school board and many news reporters from around the county were present. The school board was there to discuss new rules that would make it easier to protect students from bullying.  They would also come up with programs that students can join to prevent bullying.  The press and news reporters were there to help broadcast Anthonys' speech in hopes to bring light to bullying.  As Anthony grabbed the mic and started to speak, Thomas burst into the conference room. "Mr. Wright, I have a letter from Michael" he yelled. Abby ran to Thomas and retrieved the letter.  She brought it over to Anthony.  As Anthony opened the letter, he broke into tears.  Abby came to console him. Anthony got his self together and began to speak. "My son was stronger than I thought. Much stronger than i ever was.  I pray that my sons message gets through to you all.  We will continue to pray for the sick person who bullied our son and pushed him to kill himself. Thomas-", Anthony ushered Thomas to his side, " Michael confided in you , im sure he wanted you to read this letter aloud". Thomas came to Anthony and grabbed the mic. He began to read the letter. It said:

Dear Thomas,

I want you to show everyone this letter. I trust you,  you were my only friend.  That's why I left it with you. I've been bullied for awhile now. No one could help me. Not even my parents. They didnt know the severity of the situation. I want everyone to know, I reached out. I reached out to my parents and my teachers. No one understood. Ive been getting beat and humiliated and i cant take it anymore. What im going to do to myself is called being weak but let me tell you its to save more generations to come. I know im not the on ly one who feels this way. I just need everyone to stop and listen to us. Listen to those silent crys. Look for those invisible tears.  Dont ignore the signs.  You never know what were thinking. its a lot of kids suffering in our schools, our communities and around the world. please make changes so we can save those kids and pay attention to what they have to say. To the teachers,  just because their not your child, or favorite student, they still count. Talk to them,  reach out to them. To the parents, talk to your children. Ask them questions, let your child know they're loved everyday.  Mom, I love you. I always knew about your cancer. I use to listen in on you and dads' talks on the phone. Mom you will make it, i love you and dad thanks for everything, take care of mom.and to my boy thomas i bet u you won't have to ever worry about a bully agian iam going to help god do work just beaucse i took myself i know god can forgive me for what i did it for.love micheal.p.s josh i never have to worry about you agian. The End.

Dedication.
