3 Person POV

"Katie?"

Katie looked towards the persons voice, only to see one of her best friends. Katie got up trying to relax herself a bit before the bombarding questions. She stared at the blonde thinking of an excuse for her absence. "Katie?" The blonde stepped towards her slowly, unsure of whether it was really her. "Hey Honey." Katie answered. The blonde pounced on the girl enveloping her in a hug, as realisation dawned that it was her friend. "Katie! Where have you been!? Everyone has been worried sick." Katie looked at the blonde girl seeing she was almost on the brink of tears. "I'm sorry Harmony. I should of told you." Katie apologised. "Where have you been? And why are you in this creepy ally?" Harmony interrogated, shaking the brunette back and fourth in frustration. "Please, stop shaking me first!" Katie requested. Katie's head slightly spun being disorientated. Harmony stopped her actions letting her arms rest at her sides. "Sorry." The blonde apologised. "I was on a reflective trip. To help me get my thoughts together. Sorry I just needed to relax and the hospital wasn't the place to do it." Katie answered. Harmony rested her hands on her hips. "Seriously. You couldn't of just sent a text saying 'Oh, hey guys btw I'm going away for a bit cya later!' Would've saved us a lot of stress! And how were you able to move in your condition!?" Harmony argued.  Katie could feel the anger start to bubble as the pushing kept going.  She took a deep breathe and exhaled trying to stay calm. "Sorry mum. You know me anyway I'm good at handling pain!" Katie answered. Katie subconsciously grabbed her side where the bite once was, harmony throwing her a curious glance. "Look. Can we go already. I'm sure the others are worried as well." Katie requested trying to change the subject. "Fine. Let's go." Harmony grumbled. The two girls abandoned the dark alley into the Main Street, Katie flinched at the noise not having full control yet. She felt slightly light headed, a sweat forming on her forehead. She shook her head trying to regain focus, as they proceeded to find their friends. Katie breathed in and out, remembering what the man had said about using a memory to help you focus. She listened to his words starting to feel more calm and collected, the noise starting to dull more, slowly fading into quiet background noise. "You ok?" Harmony asked concerned. "Yes I'm fine. Just a headache." Katie replied.

The two girls arrived at a mansion on the edge of town. No matter how many times they visited this place it always marvelled them. The intricate design engraved on the outside walls, but having a modern feel to it as well. The white paint having a warm, welcoming effect. The two girls walked in, without even knocking as they entered like they owned the joint. Upon entry, two curved stairs opposite each other adorned the inside, both leading to the second floor. A hallway passing through underneath. The girls stood in front of the glamorous entry, looking for any sign of life. "Ravialle! Are you here?" Harmony called, her eyes glancing around for any movement. "SHORT BITCH! WHERE YOU AT?" Katie yelled, a lot less discreetly. This earned a warning glare towards the brunette from harmony. "Just wait." Katie informed. It wasn't long till footsteps were heard, at an alarmingly fast pace. Katie got slightly nervous as she slightly hid behind her friend. "What are you doing?" Harmony questioned. "Protecting myself." Katie answered. "Asshole! Who do you think you are! Barging in here after you were missing, and now have the audacity to insult me! You brat I'm gonna punish you!" An aggravated voice hissed at the top of the stairs. Harmony and Katie looked up at the fuming raven haired man, as he began his way down the stairs. Even with Katie's new found abilities she still found the man very intimidating. As he antagonisingly slow walk down the stairs, it put the two visitors on edge. Out of the group Ravialle was the most unpredictable. He finally reached the bottom floor and stood in front of his two friends. In an instant Katie was in front of Ravialle. The raven haired temperamental teenager had yanked her towards him having his hands wrapped around her forearms as he held her in place. Katie stared at the man in slight shock at the sudden actions but quickly disappeared as she spotted his bottom lip slightly quivering. Before she could speak anything about it, she was in an embrace. Katie was shocked again by Ravialle showing affection but quickly accepted it by returning the hug. "Where the hell were you?" Ravialle whispered, his breath fanning her ear. He released her from the embrace watching her facial features, waiting for a response. I went away for a bit to help get my thoughts together. I'm sorry, I didn't say anything." Katie replied, her eyes showing regret. "That didn't answer my question." Ravialle bluntly stated. Katie grew nervous and was struggling to think of an excuse, the light decided to shine on her as a certain brown haired boy bursted through the doors interrupting the conversation. The brunette released a sigh of relief from the much needed interference and smiled at the teenager. He stood glued to the floor as he stared at the girl who was supposedly missing. "G-ghost!" He screamed, pointing at the brunette. Harmony and Katie laughed at the poor teen. "No. I'm very much real." Katie replied. He walked forward and poked the girls face. "Ouch!" Said boy yelled, clutching his finger in pain. "Lloyd? What happened?" Harmony questioned, moving towards the distressed teen. Katie touched her cheek not feeling anything as to why Lloyd yelled in pain. "Katie, I think you got a severe temperature." Lloyd announced. Ravialle walked up to her placing his hand on her forehead. Ravialle retracted his hand shrugging his shoulders. "She seems normal?" Ravialle answered, not entirely sure himself. "It doesn't matter. I feel fine." Katie answered. "Let's get something to eat!" The three teens perked up at the word 'eat' and nodded in agreement. "Harmony message Tegan and Yoongi. Tell em we are going to..... Maccas." Ravialle ordered. None of them argued, used to his authoritive attitude. They left the luxurious mansion into the garage,  heading towards Ravialles most prized possession, Blue and white striped, 1968 Shelby GT 500KR. They watched as the usual emotionless teenager smirked as he pridefully grazed his hands along the roof of the car. "Brats. What are you doing standing there get in the car." Ravialle ordered. He opened the drivers door moving the seat forward for them to get in access to the back seat. They rolled their eyes and jumped in the back buckling in. Ravialle turned on the engine, roaring to life, causing the passengers to flinch. The raven haired male hit a button opening the garage door, revving the engine then taking off into the streets. Lloyd laughed enjoying the risky driving, whereas harmony was scared shitless, Katie composed and relaxed. They turned a corner entering a dead straight street. Ravialle smirked and pressed the pedal to the metal speeding down the empty street. Harmony clutched onto Katie's arm, trying to refrain from screaming so as to not distract the reckless driver. Katie was growing a nervous sweat as she glanced at the speed gage seeing it hit 100 in a 50 zone. Lloyd opened the window sticking half his body outside of the car, this caught the girls full attention. With the revving of the engine it was impossible to hear the girls yells for him to get back in the car. Katie, grew frustrated and could feel her nails growing and her face stinging, she reached out towards Lloyd grabbing his shirt, she yanked him back into the car, his head crashing into the roof of the car. He yelled in pain clutching his head. Ravialle noticing the commotion slowed down. "What the hell!" Lloyd yelled. "Shut up. You could've gotten killed." Katie spat. Everyone grew shocked at Katie's harsh words. The rest of the drive was silent till they arrived to their destination.

They arrived at maccas seeing Tegan and Yoongi already there, waiting at the front of the fast food store. They fled out of the car like it was the plague, heading towards their friends. Tegan and Yoongi caught sight of Katie releif flowing through them, to see her in one piece. The two walked towards enveloping her in a group hug. Katie laughed and returned the hug. It didn't last long before the two began scolding her on being irresponsible and stupid. Katie nodded taking the heat, understanding fully that she scared her friends. It wasn't exactly her fault though, it was that wolf. The banter continued into the shop as they took a seat into a booth. Katie used the opportunity to order for everyone, to get a breather from the questions. Katie stood at the counter waiting for the customer in front of her to order, her foot tapping in impatience. All faded when she had an ominious feeling, she looked around to see what was the cause, anyone or anything that was recognisable, to have nothing appear. Katie sighed turning back towards the counter, to see the customer gone, she could finally order and eat.

The brunette and the food arrived to the others, hungry eyes stared at the oil filled food, hot fries, cheese burgers, chicken nuggets and other delectable foods were placed on the table in wait for it's devourers. They all sprung like wild animals choosing what pleased them. "Thanks Katie! You should do this more often and people might like you." Lloyd informed, happily eating his food. Katie choked slightly and glared at the teen across the table. "Little shit." Katie mumbled, aggressively eating her chips.

Katie's POV

My mind began to wonder as everyone talk amongst themselves. Questions swarmed my mind about that man.... Grey was it? How does he know all this stuff? Is he like me? Why is he here? I had so many unanswered questions swirling in my mind it began to irritate me. I looked at my phone, checking the time to see it read 5:24pm. I sighed. 'I should probably head home.' I thought. I stood up from the booth stretching my arms. I bid them all farewell, informing them I was going home. They nodded and continued their chatter. I smiled, shoving my hands in my pockets I left the warmth of the building into the cooling of the early evening air. I didn't feel overly bothered by it though. I grabbed my phone again playing some music, listening to my favourite 'R U MINE' by The Arctic Monkeys. The tune played filling the quiet streets as I wondered home to my little unit. If any stranger had seen me walking they'd probably think I'm drunk with how haphazardly I'm walking, I'm not even on the built sidewalk, but in the middle of the road. I came across an intersection, looking up I read the street signs seeing Elizabeth st and Yama st which is the one I'm currently on. I turned left down Elizabeth st, recognising the area, seeing broken fences, garbage and junk pilling up in peoples front yard. I walked a bit further up seeing a long two story building, worn and old, five green doors on the top and bottom floor. I now stood in front of the building already hearing a ruckus down below, a couple having a dispute in the parking lot. I looked towards where the second floor was to see a rusty staircase leading up, I walked towards it. Taking a step up, you heard the cry of the metal, barely still functional as it bent with every step up to the balcony. I walked down the balcony towards the second to last room, putting my hand in my pocket I heard the jiggle of keys and grabbed them. At my door I went to put my keys in, but quickly checked the couple to see if the dispute escalated and needed interference, instead only to see them making out on the top of a car. I rolled my eyes and pushed the key into the keyhole, turning it and opening the door. I entered, kicking the door closed behind me. I chucked the keys on the bench and wondered over to my bed or couch? And collapsed enjoying the comfort of my small home. There's was nothing much here. Just a TV, bed/couch, bathroom, kitchen. That's it. I rolled over onto my back staring at the ceiling. 'I wonder how long it has been now? Since they've been gone.' I thought, my fingers subconsciously brushed through my hair. My fingers stopped moving and came down to my face, resting on it. I sighed and closed my eyes, resting my arm down at my side. 'I'm tired.' I thought. My mind soon became blank and I welcomed sleep with open arms.
