According to an iPhone drop test for all types of iPhones, they all survive being dropped onto their edges. But...bad luck! Once dropped on it's flat surface (the screen) the glass will always break on every single iPhone that ever existed.
Samsung users, I bet you're snickering at those iPhone users. Don't snicker because here's some bad news for you too! The same thing happens to Samsung Galaxy S5. Are you laughing now? I don't think so.
So guys, keep in mind about this and DO NOT drop your iPhone on concrete or any hard surface (don't forget to count your carpet as a hard surface). In water.....not so sure, but DO NOT DROP YOUR IPHONES AND GALAXIES!
