Sweet tooth (Sequel to ForeverTwisted)

In the Rain (plagg's p.o.v)

  Plagg sighed in relief when chat noir finely made it to the Eiffel tower. *I wonder how wet his lady will be?* Plagg snickered from inside the ring, enjoying his master's mistake. Just for fun, the black kwami listened in on his owner's thoughts. He heard them as clearly as if they had been spoken aloud. 

"oh my lady! I can't believe my stupid mind made me ditch her! and cat's are supposed to land on their feet gracefully! not slide on their butt in the mud! some cat I am!" 

Plagg burst out laughing as his owner growled at his own foolishness.

*that will teach him!* he thought.  His green eyes widened when he saw Ladybug.

 The usually, stunning, graceful woman was now cowering in the rain. She shivered, wet hair dripping heavily with rain. Even from here, Plagg could tell that her red spotted suit clung uncomfortably to her skin. But still she waited.  "he's sure taking his time." she grumbled irritably, trembling in the cold wind.

Plagg couldn't stiffel his scoff of disbelief. *then why are you still standing there?* he snorted. Teenagers were so dumb when they were in love! He couldn't take it.

*come on boy!* Plagg silently willed his owner. * what are you waiting for?*

   Taking a deep breath, Chat noir finely decided to walk forward, so his green eyes glowed from the dark shadows of the tower. 

 Ladybug squinted against the downpour. "C-c-chat noir?" she whispered, teeth chattering. 

*no.* Plagg thought sarcastically. *it's Hawkmoth. What do you think? Crazy lady!*

Chat noir blinked, stepping forward. "Mlady?" he purred. "i knew you'd come!" he grinned. 

Plagg facepalmed inwardly. The kid was still just standing there, letting his lady drown in rain!

   Ladybug forced a smile, her face obviously numb from the chill. "o-of course i c-came kitty." She winked, causing his master to blush slightly, gazing into her eyes. 

*ew!* Plagg protested silently. *romance! disgusting!* 

   Regardless, he continued to watch. something about their strange behavior was quite fascinating and his curiosity got the best of him.

    Ladybug smirked. "well what's with the wait? ladybug's don't really prefer water kitty." she teased. chat noir's emerald eyes lit up and he smirked as well. "well cat's aren't exactly crazy about water either you know!" He shot back playfully, causing Ladybug to giggle at the pun. 

  Plagg rolled his eyes at how dorky the comment was. though he had to admit. their behavior was pretty adorable.

 Chat noir blinked. "i'm sorry i had to wait for the rain, but it was the only way to get you alone without anyone being able to see us. The shower screens us from everyone." he apologized with a guilty blink. 

  Plagg lifted an eyebrow at the sneaky excuse. *smart thinking kid.* he thought, slightly impressed by the lie. Now Ladybug would think he had done this on purpose. but was that necessarily a good thing? Ladybug wouldn't be pleased that he had meant for her to be soaked, would she?

Both black cats awaited her response, breath held in anticipation.

 To both their surprise, Ladybug's bluebell eyes softened. "Aw, it's okay kitty, but why must we be hidden?" she asked. Plagg could sense her heart beat quicken. She obviously seemed nervous about all the secrecy.

 Chat noir took a step forward, extending his hand to reveal the umbrella. "For you M'lady." he purred, green eyes glowing in the dark.

Plagg nodded his head in approval. So far this was going according to plan, well, sort of.
