Chapter 6

Teenagers are strangely stupid

Tikki was doing a little better than Plagg at the moment. Her owner was still awake, sewing something for Adrien's 60th Birthday. She smiled in amusement. They were still only 16! But Marinette had already made presents for their future years together. If Tikki didn't love marinette like a sister, she might have said that the blunette was insane! But regardless of how ridiculous she was at times, Tikki would always have marinette's back, no matter what. They both knew that.

The dark-pink kwami sat beside her owner, on her white desk, while she worked the blue cloth through the sewing machine.

Tikki waited patiently beside the working girl, cleaning her antenna, by drawing a soft flipper over her round head.

She glanced at the ground, slightly bored of waiting and blinked when something caught her eye.

The small Chat Noir doll, that marinette had made, was laying under the desk, collecting dust in it's soft suit. Green button eyes in place of the mask. And a small grin was stitched on.

The grin reminded Tikki of another certain cat. Plagg.

Tikki squeaked softly and blushed. What was wrong with her? Tikki was full of confusion as the black kwami had kept popping into her head.

Somehow it seemed like everything reminded her of the arrogant 'kitten.'

She rolled her eyes with irritation but the thought of it made her heart skip a beat.

Tikki had known Plagg when they were young. But she hadn't seen him for years after becoming Marinette's kwami. And Somehow he seemed different from then...

She bit her lip nervously. Plagg had been more hesitant than she could remember and even a little shy. Tikki blinked. *plagg shy? No way! Plagg is the opposite of shy!*

But then she paused. *But wait...*

Did she know that? She hadn't seen him for years. How could she be sure of who he was now?

*who knows. Maybe he has changed since then...*

Suddenly curiosity pricked her and she felt an overwhelming desire to find out.

*I wonder what he's like... maybe i could get to know who he is now...*

The idea seemed appealing to her.

And she smiled faintly. Tomorrow, their masters would be going to school and maybe they could talk then...

Her feathery tail quivered with excitement. And she repeated the thought in her head.

*tomorrow, I get to see him..i get to see Plagg.*

Thoughts of the silly, black kwami filled her head, and this time she didnt push them away. She decided to dwell on them and admire the memory.
